I can’t say enough good things about Blue Ridge Dental. They go above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable! Yes I said enjoyable! Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been a patient for more than 40 years but for 3 years I did not go. Because I lapsed I am now considered a NEW patient and they decided they don’t take new patients. What about “customer loyalty”? What a way to run a business. I essentially am banned for life and will never be able to return. Unless you pay your money each year and keep coming you’re kicked out and lose your place in line. I guess business must be really, really good to be able to select your patients. I’ve never heard of this practice before.

A friend recommended Blue Ridge to me - I came in with what I thought was a chipped tooth - turns out it was much more than that. Ive been very overwhelmed with the forthcoming dental work needed, but everyone here has been so kind and reassuring with the process and making me feel comfortable. While Im not excited about the work thats still to come, Im glad I chose to come in and get everything done at Blue Ridge.

At 55 years of age I have had many many dental visits. This experience at Blue Ridge was the best dental experience in my life. Every single person was unbelievably pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Knapp displayed great personality and knowledge during that portion of the visit. Diane the hygienist was super informative and most helpful. Have told many people about my experience since my visit. Keep up the great work!

For 50 out of my 80 years there were two things that struck fear in my heart :SMILING and going to the DENTIST! Dr. Knapp and her wonderful assistant Diane(?) Well I can scratch off ... Dentist! Dr. Knapp is so careful and concerned about the patient. She is meticulous about her work and I feel that I am in the best hands possible!! As for the smile, I am confident that whatever the outcome, it will make “picture” time with Nana not such a chore🤣😂

I had a great cleaning today with Sarah. My husband has dementia and his hygienist was terrific with him as well. Dr. Knapp is our dentist and is very thorough. Love Blue Ridge Dental Center!

Blue Ridge is top notch. I was there for 2 hours having 2 cavities filled and a crown replaced. The time flew by, with Dr. Knapp asking me from time to time if I was OK. Dr. Knapp is so kind, gentle and really is a perfectionist ( which is so very important !) Her work is excellent. Her assistant, Betsy?, was also very professional and friendly.

The office is set up to be super safe for everyone. The front desk staff is always welcoming with my name and smiles. My hygienist Gretchen is super good, patient, snd gentle. Recently had a diagnosis that put me on oxygen and she found an extra outlet and was able to work around the portable unit. And Dr Wilkes us always quick and informative. I love the fact that they want to educate me. I go to the Minnetonka office. My brother retired from dentistry about 10 years ago and it took me a while to find Blue Ridge and I could not imagine another dentist being as good as my brother, but Dr Wilkes has stepped in.

Weve had a great experience with this office and highly recommend them! After moving back to town, we needed to find a new provider. Having tried another office closer to home, we agreed that we preferred to drive across the city to visit this practice & their very competent team of professionals.

I had a surprise broken filling after my lunch hour at work, so I quickly texted my wife to call and try to make an appointment for me ASAP. Blue Ridge Dental was able to squeeze me in within the next hour, and Dr Wilkes had me fixed up in no time. Excellent professional friendly service is always what I find when I visit BRD. My last couple of visits have been a real eye opener. Since retiring, I have not had dental insurance. Ive noticed a big difference in how I am treated even though I have always paid my bills. Disappointing.

This establishment DOES NOT take Medical Assistance or Minnesota Care insurance anymore. The website needs to be updated to reflect this and UCare/the state need to be informed because they are the ones that sent me here.Its a shame that Blue Ridge doesnt care about the dental needs of low income people. Its clear that they care more about money than their patients.

Ive been coming here for 6 years. I thought briefly that I had to switch providers since I got new dental insurance and thankfully I didnt. I nearly flipped out. Who loves their dental office that much? Was there this morning and scheduled with a different hygienist and mine skipped across the hall to check in and see how my kids are. Dr. Wilkes is great too. Come for the friendly hygienists and receptionists, stay for the solid dental work.

Just started going to this dentist and they have been amazing! Really thorough in explaining and ensuring you know what is going on and everyone is extremely nice. My son and I just saw Dr. Kylie Knapp and had a hygienists Judy and Gretchen. The whole experience from getting checked in to getting our teeth cleaned was outstanding. The whole office is warm and inviting. Judy and Gretchen were great with the kids. They were patient and explained any questions we had. Dr. Knapp was very professional and competent and wasnt overly pushy with doing too many procedures but honest on what I needed to do to keep my teeth healthy. I couldnt recommend Dr. Knapp and this practice more highly.

And they did a little cosmetic work filling in a gap in my front teeth that has always bothered me. Couldn’t believe how quickly & expertly they fixed it. I can’t stop smiling! Late last night, a crown came loose while I as dining out. I left a message to see if i could get in the next day and by 7am, I had a call and a set appt for 2 hours later. The dentist, Dr Kyle Wilkes, and the whole staff were wonderful!

Like many, I dont enjoy going to the dentist but I chipped my tooth and I had to go in. My appointment was with Dr. Kylie Knapp. She was patient with me, walked me through each step and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Along with Dr. Kylie Knapp I had a dental hygienists and dental assistant that were equally as great! I walked away from the appointment with a better outlook on going to the dentist and I already booked my next appointment for 6 months out!

I went for my wisdom tooth extraction, after that i got dry socket they did dressing and it got cured easily, they greet nicely, they do professionally. Tooth cleaning they did great job, only down thing is wait time, apart from that location is accessible, plentiful of parking and nice location.

Ive been going to Blue Ridge since I was a little kid. I love their dental team and admin team. They never scold me or make me feel like Im not caring for my teeth. They truly care and are so nice.

Dr. Napp is fantactic. There are numerous dentists in my area but I drive 40 minutes out of my way to see her because I trust her. I had a very bad experience with a dishonest dentist in the past & I am just greatful that I found Dr. Napp.
