Had an amazing sales person in Liz. Had to wait about an hour for the finance person, however after the sale. Picking up the car was not as smooth. In all fairness, Liz was off that day, and asked a friend to help. I felt like it was a bit rushed and all my questions didnt get answered. Overall, everyone that helped was friendly and accommodating. I will make another appointment in a few weeks to get a more comprehensive review of my Subaru.
75% of the customers I saw were wearing masks. Maybe 25% of the employees were wearing masks. Obviously your customers were concerned walking into Morries. These same customers are forced to interact in close proximity to multiple employees who are not wearing masks. Theres no plexi. Youre facing one service person while theres another one behind you also not wearing a mask. Even the people driving your cars are not wearing masks. Maybe you dont believe masks help stop the spread of the Delta variant. Even if that is the case, how dare you impose your unscientific and dangerous politics on your customers who would feel better if you all wore masks. Many of your customers have young kids or immunocompromised family members or are immunocompromised themselves. Yet, it would seem that you are far more concerned about allowing your employees to infect whomever they want, then to make your customers feel comfortable. When I walk in wearing a mask, I expect the employee facing me to put on a mask. And Im stunned that management would allow this affront to take place. I saw lots of other upset customers.
Recently purchased a certified used Outback there. The car was spotless, and even smelled new! Everyone was friendly and professional. Shout out to Liz for her great attitude when she was super busy and one of finance guys was unexpectedly late for medical reasons. Got a fair price, below blue book for a model that was loaded with features and low on miles. I would definitely recommend to others.
I want to give a huge shout out to Mary Schmid, Brian Swan, and Mike Clapper for all their help with buying my (new to me) Subaru Outback!I initially asked on cars.com if the Outback I was looking at was still available. Mary responded back very quickly and was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire purchase, without ever being pushy. She was so helpful, respectful, prompt and friendly you would have thought I was buying a $300,000 Ferrari.After a test drive of my trade in, Mike and I sat down and discussed the trade in value. While you always get less money on a trade in then selling on Craigslist, I thought his offer was very fair, and was enough to pay off the loan on my trade in, and put a nice down payment on the Outback.After this, I sat down with Brian, and we went over several options such as rust protection, warranties, and GAP insurance. Brian took his time to explain each program to me and answer any questions I might have. I ended up buying some and turning some down, but once again I never felt pushed, and I felt he did an great job of helping me decide which options to go with. Brian also did a great job of helping me stay both within my monthly budget, and my overall budget.Next time Im in the market for a new or used vehicle, without a doubt, my first call will be to Mary down at Morries - although this used car is in such good shape I know I wont need a new vehicle for many years!

Marques made the whole process of buying a car completely stress free! There was no pressure, only helpful information. He was able to find the exact car I wanted (not easy in the summer of 2021!) The overall vibe there doesn’t feel like the bad experience most of us have felt at a car dealership (pressure, handing you off to a “manager” to try and upsell you). I would recommend Marques as a sale person and Morrie’s as a whole.

I set up an appointment with Chris L. who talked me through all my options. He was patient and helpful. He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and never pressured me to make a certain decision. I went to a handful of dealerships while searching for a vehicle and this was the only place where I didnt feel pressured into buying something. The sales process was not pushy at all and at no point did I feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. That was not the case at other dealerships.Chris Lanam did a great job explaining everything and making sure I knew the information I needed to as well as having my best interests in mind.The finance office was willing to work with me on prices and was even able to help me find (considerably) cheaper insurance.Overall, great experience here. My girlfriend had troubles with her car (lights flashing/car shaking randomly) and it took her engine overheating and getting her car towed to the dealership for them to figure out what was wrong with it. Would not help cover expenses that were caused by their initial inability to locate the issue.

I had an excellent experience. Beth was wonderful to work with. There was an issue with the DMV and they did everything they could to resolve it quickly and make sure I was taken care of in the process. They even put up with my 9 month old dropping Cheerios while we waited.

This was the first dealership that didn’t have Sales People throwing themselves out of their chairs like previous dealers that I’ve visited to meet my parents where I wasn’t even in the market or there to buy a vehicle.As soon as I called for an inquiry, speaking to Steve Poley, and I was there in 30 minutes with the vehicle that I was interest in waiting to be test driven which I did end up buying!I wasn’t rushed into the decision nor were the sales representatives looming, which I appreciated in order to come to a decision. During the whole process, Steve made sure to check in with us to know where the status was with my new (used) car, and where finance was with the process. I bought a 2012 Subaru Forester in 2019 from Morries Subaru. I got the Buy Happy plan and the extended warranty. I was not happy, after about a year I noticed the transmission was slipping and slamming into gears at low RPM’s; I brought it in to repair and they told me nothing was wrong and charged me $150 and wasted my time. I will never recommend Morries to any one!
Zero stars would be better. These people took advantage of an excited elderly couple. They offloaded a Forrester with a blown engine and a shot wheel bearing. This is not the first time Ive experienced problems with Morries. Just be careful about these scammers.
Great place to buy a new vehicle. Just wish I would have had a lesson on how everything works in the vehicle. There is a lot to learn with all the electronics.

This was a fantastic experience for my husband and myself. We have always been very happy with our Subaru Forester that we purchased from Morries and our Salesman Mike Clapper who is now a Used Car Manager. He was very helpful and he directed us to a New Car Salesman Thomas Hiller to work with. Thomas was very knowledgeable an gave us great advise on what car would be best for us and our needs. When we finally decided on a car Mike & Thomas both worked very hard to find us the best financing and finding extra money on our trade in. Working with Brian (in Finance) he was very good at explaining the different features that could be added and the value that would be to us for the vehicle to keep it in the best condition for driving and the warranties for each of them. We are vey excited and feel awesome about our purchase and will be able to have a very safe and reliable car for many years. It was awesome experience and everyone at Morries is very helpful and friendly whenever you visit. We always tell our friends and family that this a great place to buy or lease a car. They will answer all your questions and concerns and provide a great experience when you are just looking or ready to purchase a vehicle. My son Spencer who we co-signed on a Impreza and it has been a fantastic car for him continue to do business with Morries. He is 25 years old and engaged to be married so he will be a customer for Morries for many year and I feel very good about that he is in great hands and his future family will be in a safe vehicle for them.

Just purchased a well-cared-for Scion xA yesterday. Tatjana was outstanding! She kept apologizing as she had to go back and forth to management (shes newer to car sales)!!! DONT apologize Tatjana, you were/are fantastic!They gave me a very fair offer for my trade-in... I didnt think it would have any value, but it helped bring my purchase down to where I wanted it. No-pressure, easy to deal with, cannot recommend them highly enough.
Morrie’s Minnetonka Subaru was great! During these times of the pandemic, it was great to have the option for no contact service where they come and pick up your car and bring it back. They do provide a car if necessary. I just called them to set it up. Very easy. I will definitely use them again. Highly Recommend!
I went into Morrie’s to buy a used Nissan Rogue. I worked with Steve in the sales team and he was fantastic! This is my first time buying a car from a dealership and he made the whole process easy and non-intimidating. Steve was extremely helpful, understanding, and just an overall nice person to work with. I came for a car wash.5 stars for Carey. 3 for wait time bc he was by himself. Very nice guy. I was greater by another for nice friendly staff member but after a few minutes. I usually see many people ready to help. I dont mind waiting a few minutes but the poor guy seemed exhausted and when I asked him he said it was just him and he had to keep running back and forth. I rode with bc my kids were sleeping in the back and during the car wash he was called a few times. I really like this Morries but I hope they treat the staff well!
