Recently traded my 2019 Ecsape in for a 2021 Explorer and was very happy with the process for the most part. We did not have to wait long for the sales guy or take the vehicle out for a test drive. The finance options they came back with were rather high I thought so I called my and got more options from my personal bank. My bank was able to do better than the dealership.. Then magically the dealership was able to offer me a better interest rate. Funny how that works.. I was very surprised we ended up being at the dealership for 4 hours and I thought that was long but I understand these things take time. Overall our experience was pretty good just a few things I wasnt a fan of but thats buying a new car for ya!
My experience with Morrie’s was amazing! Edwin was amazing from the beginning. He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. He explained every step and answered my questions even outside of normal office hours. I was floored when he sent me a video of the vehicle I was looking at and explained all of the benefits and features of it. He helped get everything set up and had the car washed and detailed right before we got there. When I test drove it, he explained other features and benefits as they happened. This was my very first time buying a brand new car and the experience was fantastic. Al was extremely helpful as we worked through different options and financing. He was also great with our youngest kiddo. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from here. It doesn’t even matter that the dealership is an hour away from our house! He wasn’t pushy, rather wanted to know why I was interested in the truck and what types of activities would I be using it for. Aggressive and fair pricing, friendly staff, and a clean facility. The truck came in and was thoroughly prepped and ready to go. 5 stars!My sales manager was the only weak spot. He didn’t know how to add some features to my order (but he did get it right in the end so I have to give him credit) and wasn’t as responsive to status inquiries as my sales rep.
I leased a Ford bronco sports on May 28 2021 and due to their service, I left one star rating, for which I kept getting calls from the manager to change my rating as it’s gonna effect the sales people commission but I didn’t change it and today when I want to leave another review, I don’t see my one star rating review. The dealer approved my lease through US bank (which they applied to). On Aug 5th I went to the dealership again to purchase my leased vehicle but this time they want to apply for loan from different banks. I questioned them, why they want to apply from different bank when US bank already has my details and a loan account. Josh the finance guy wouldn’t help me with a satisfaction answer. I’m waiting for a call from the person whoever is in charge to correct solve my issue or to change my rating and review

Oil change and wiper replacement. In and out really quick. Service advisor Jesse was on top of everything. Came to find me to make sure I knew I didn’t have any “buy happy” oil changes left. I knew, but appreciated that he didn’t want me to be surprised by the charges. Super professional, friendly and polite. New service area very nice. This trip was a huge improvement over previous experiences at this dealership.
In addition to my oil change and tire rotation I had a recall on my Fusion. I told them about it when I made the appointment, I again mentioned it when I checked in. When I was presented with the bill the service man told me the information about the recall was on the receipt. Not there! I texted the service man, no response. When they called me to ask how the service was I told them I hadn’t gotten a response yet. She asked if I wanted them to call me and I said yes. Two days later… nothing!!

Editing review - They were able to secure a loaner car for us and do the work to fix the issues. We worked directly with Ron who was very attentive. It turns out the person I communicated with was part of a call service. Best advice, if you are calling for service that is more urgent, be sure to ask if they actually work in the department as those folks are a little more in touch with what needs to happen. Call centers are wonderful for scheduling and routine questions, but in this case missed the mark on customer service and being able to prioritize. Over all better experience the 3rd time around.We took our explorer into today for a recall fix. After picking it up we noticed a very concerning loud screeching sound anytime our foot touched the petal, this sound could be heard from blocks away. I called back to see if we could bring it back to address whatever caused this from the fix they did today, they basically told me they could get me in next week and if I wanted a loner car they could see about May. I felt like I did a pretty good job in describing the situation, however it became increasingly clear on the phone call that the staff was less concerned about what they had done to our car and more focused on getting me off the phone. Listen, I understand people have bad days, we are all going through the thick of it, but this is our main car for our family and the fact that we trusted it with Morries only to get back a car in worse condition and no motivation to fix it was a bit surprising. I also tried asking about the time frame it would take to inspect and fix it since it has all of our car seats, but there is no option for a loner car, again, the customer service rep really had no answers or desire to help in this case. At the end of the day, I have concerns about the safety of the vehicle, if you are parent, you know how anxiety inducing it is to be stuck in a car that cant function. The whole interaction was odd and I certainly felt the void of effort to try and make the situation right.

Got my oil changed and diagnostics done on my car. When I dropped my car off I was asked if Id be okay leaving it there till Monday. I said Id prefer it back same day and thought if I had to leave it with no other option itd be okay. I got a call just a couple hours later saying my car was done! I came back and the guy who checked me in told me he asked them to get it done asap for me. I was so appreciative since otherwise Id be without a car. Great customer service!
Morries Dealerships have all been very good to me over the years! Morries Minnetonka Ford went over the top for me today. I worked with Kyle as he is an auto consultant for them and he found me a vehicle that met all my needs. Than the tenacious sales managers put together an excellent deal on the truck. After accepting the very competitive offer they sent Josh in finance to finance the deal and he was phenomenal just like Kyle. Together they got me the bank that I wanted, the competitive deal I was looking for and the vehicle I have always wanted. Out of towners!This place was super awesome to us!We are from out of town, traveling to the Twins Cities for the Twins home opener. Halfway through our trip our car was having some acceleration issues.. We called the nearest Ford we could find... Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford and they were able to get us in the next day (that doesn’t happen where we live) we dropped our Ford off that night, Jake was awesome helping us figure out how much it would cost, and if we were even going to make it home in the next couple days! Seriously. They made it super stress free for us! You’re definitely in good hands bringing your vehicle here.

As always, we got great service at Morries. Rob went above and beyond to help us get a car when we were in a really unique situation and were struggling to get a vehicle elsewhere. Everyone is always so upfront and I feel like I can be honest with them. It’s nice to have a place to go where I know I will be listened to and not judged.
Friendly staff, but I bought a car off the floor, the whole process took a very long time, I was talked out of a test drive (I drove a different car of the same make, and was told to “trust” the salesperson that it would drive the same. My fault for not insisting.), and at the end of the night when I got in to drive away, the front drivers seat wouldn’t move forward. I couldn’t drive the car and had to leave it there until the next day for repairs. I’m not sure why there wasn’t an inspection of the car, if not every morning for the floor models, then at least before I signed the lease. You walk into a car dealership expecting on some level to feel taken advantage of, but it’s still embarrassing and frustrating when it happens. The car is great so far though
Overall a Positive experience. My old dealer service center was not offering a loaner vehicle, which was not acceptable for recall work (or any service for that matter) in my opinion. Morries was hassle free. I dropped off the vehicle, received a brand new F150 as a loaner, and they completed the work quickly. I will be returning for my future service needs and would recommend.
First time I went here for oil change. Asked them how to change door code. They said it would be $300. Found theres a reset code under dash. Took a few minutes to reset. Another visit came in for oil and tires. Not even 30 second after driving in they say I need an alignment. My car drives great. Doesnt pull at all. They said sensors detected an alignment needed. That same day I showed discount tire had 4 tires at $50 cheaper. I asked to match. They wouldnt match for some snake reason. These were over $1k and were talking $50. They advertise theyll match. Highly suggest Grandview tire and auto or one of the many reputable mechanics in TC.
Service was friendly and kept me updated on the status of my fixes for the most part. However, a few things which to me Ford is failing with their Customer Service. My car broke down and left me stranded on a weekend due to overheating. I was 1 hr 45mins from home. I was able to get it 2 blocks to a Firestone vs calling for a tow, where I had initial analysis done. I then attempted to work with Ford to understand if the part they identified was covered under any type of warranty by calling the nearest dealer and through Ford customer service center, however, they were unable to tell me if it was or not. I left the vehicle at Firestone for the weekend, used my own resources to get home and then worked the phones some more on Monday where I finally got a a solid answer from a Service Tech in my hometown that the part was indeed covered. I then used Fords Towing to have it towed to the nearest dealership. I had to pay for the towing up front which was puzzling to me since the part was going to be covered under bumper-to-bumper warranty. Now I need to file a claim with Ford to get reimbursed for using their towing service. My vehicle then takes 3 days to even get into the shop at which time the diagnostics reveals the same issue that Firestone identified and now they need to find the part so it wont be ready until Friday. Now the car if fixed and the dealership nor Ford has no program to help me get back to my car which was fixed under original factory warranty. No mileage reimbursement, no loaner vehicles available (which wouldnt work anyways since I would have had to have gotten a loaner the day it broke down which the dealership would have been closed), nor any other shuttle service due to how far away I am from the dealership. Also, the original diagnostics I had done with Firestone are also not reimbursable, which by the way the reason I found the Firestone was because as I got through the towing options on their website that was one of the recommended places in close proximity. In the end it got fixed and I got my car finally back, once I could arrange transportation & plan for 3.5 hrs out of my day to go and get it. The overall experience was very frustrating
Excellent all around! Rick (sales) returned my call within five minutes and was able to show me a 2020 Mustang less than an hour later. Rick was knowledgeable and very personable. I felt like I was talking to a long time friend. Most important to me is price. I have bought 3 Mustangs from Morries in the last 10 years. No other dealership can beat there up front pricing!
Chris was great and worked hard to accommodate us. We went in to buy one car and came out with two. The total timing of the entire deal wasn’t great but was to be expected.

Update: was just a miscommunication between I and the service manager. He was quick to check it out after our original call and turns out the PCM works fine, its just a faulty part in the transmission thats happening to thousands of people. All in all good service, Ford the car company is scum though.
Excellent prompt service. Price was exactly as stated. Vehicle was complete on time as promised and washed. Service Consultant was extremely professional and went over all with me full explanation of work performed, charges, and needed services.
Took my car here for recall work. Asked about getting the rear seat belts fixed as well. They were broken when I bought the car and the salesman told me they would be fixed since they were missed on the used vehicle inspection. Told I would need to pay $812 for new seat belts. They said they had no record of the car I bought there. Even though they fixed the recall. They held my car while they tried to figure it out. Then inquired as to why it would be $812 to fix the belts when I found the needed buckles online for $35 each. Never got back to me for 3 days. Told to pick up the car as there was nothing more to do for me at the time. Told they would let me know on the seat belts. Haven’t heard back in 10 days now after getting the car back. They will rip you off once they get your money they are done. Bought two used vehicles from morries. First one 7 years ago and second one recently. Used to get free oil changes and car wash but that has ended and it’s not a good place to buy. Never again. Was a great place. Not anymore. Sad really.
I was happy with my experience with Kyle Stover and Josh Sternau during the day I picked up my vehicle. But between March 6th and August 19th I was very disappointed with the service. I did not receive any updates on the status of my truck. I had to scrap around the internet to find ways of getting information. Also I have not received the Amazon gift card that Ford was giving out.
I was early for my oil change (get The Works, you’ll be glad you did) and my service associate not only got the vehicle in the queue early, he also accepted a slightly expired coupon for the services. Terrific, friendly service without the anticipated inquiry for additional services to be done to the vehicle before handing the keys back. They do the requested job well, make suggestions at the end for future service, and you’re off. I love doing business that way and continue going back!
I’ve purchased two vehicles from Morrie’s now, and they make the process as painless as it can be. The salesperson that I worked with was super flexible in communicating via text, phone or email, and brought some great options together before I ever stepped foot on the lot. So when it came to making the final decision it was a quick process.
This was the worst experience Ive had purchasing anything, ever...let alone spending $25k for a used vehicle that is already breaking down. The Sales part of it was fine. It was when I went to sign the paperwork with the finance guy that I should have ran away. Literally no information was said to me (this was my first time purchasing a vehicle and they were completely aware of that, my mistake for going alone thinking they would be helpful). Price of the warranty. ANY actual info on the $4k warranty that was barely offered, just mentioned to me. Info on title, tabs, total price of the car. Literally no information was discussed with or given to me. Paperwork took 3 minutes and I was extremely overwhelmed, so I left. Finally looked at the total price of the car which was $7k more than the sales price. Just not what I was expecting at all. When they presented the car after the sale, it was extremely dirty both exterior and interior. I was told the detailer wasnt there. The car had been on the lot for days. Ive had this car for less than a month and parts are already breaking, a piece actually fell off the car this morning. Belts are noisy and clearly need to be replaced. Will remember this sale for the rest of my life and learned a lot, thanks for ruining the experience of buying my first car!!!!
Morries Mtka. Ford has always treated us well. Service is always quick and complete. I dont have to worry about anything being overlooked. Special service offers are a welcome perk. Overall we are very happy.

Tried to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership from out of state. They were nice enough but not helpful, and in the end just became unresponsive when I was trying to finalize a deal. Im sure they do fine locally but if youre out of state and looking to make a purchase here just save your time and look elsewhere.
I took my car in for a road trip inspection. I worked with Daniel Schneider who was amazing! He not only helped me with my service but I was also very impressed by how detailed he was. I got the complimentary maintenance inspection and was made aware of what needed to be dealt with ASAP and in the near future. Morries Minnetonka Ford are very professional and will put the utmost care for your car. I would totally recommend them to my friends and family.

I have brought my vehicle here multiple times because it is close by but this was the last time I will bring it in. I came in for something that should have been covered by warrenty that they completely missed even after telling them about the work that I had done. A $4200 repair that should have been covered. That didnt solve the issue (second time this has happened here) so I had to spend another $1700 to get it done. It seems there is zero due diligence done here. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the levell of service at this dealership.
Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford promised me to get an oil change, tire rotation and multi-system check done in about an hour. They did it, spot on. The internet was working well, and their waiting area was clean and convenient. The car was washed clean and ready. The only hiccup is that they never seem to know I bought the oil program when I bought the car, which covers the oil change part for three years, and I have to remind to look to correct the charge when I check out each time. Even so, the service is great.
Came in for a factory recall. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Really nice waiting area with coffees and waters, good WiFi and even tablets!
Stopped in for the first oil change on my recently purchased 2016 F150. Daniel Schneider was very professional and accommodating, and the rest of his team did a stellar job. I also harassed the parts Dept while I was there, and after some light searching, they did successfully identify (and had in stock) the specific part I was trying to find. At the end of the visit, I launched an assault of questions at Daniel, regarding services and when certain things were required (trans, differentials, T-case, spark plugs, etc). Smooth & professional, answered all my questions with a smile on his face. Great job to all involved!

Very good at estimating the time it would take. Oil change costs more than anticipated. I wish they would send all information to me rather than my husband. I have attempted many times to correct this. I drive the car and deal with the service calls. I would like to be the name on the emails, etc.
My garage and side view mirror got into a fight. I stopped by Morries in hopes they could try to do a quick fix. They were extremely courteous and had a tech look at it immediately. Morries unfortunately continues the Race towards the bottom for dealer services... Went in for a recall notice/service. As an additional request; since the car was in and the radio wasn’t working I wanted them to check on it. I had them attempt multiple fixes in the past 5 years and had them charge me for each attempt. (They just pull a fuse and the radio works for a few weeks until it locks up again) like every prior attempt to get a diagnosis and fix they “unfortunately” couldn’t find records on a previous attempted fixes on my car for this issue so they wanted to charge me yet another one time diagnosis fee.The showroom, maintenance office, and waiting area was immaculate though. So I guess I know those fees are paying for their day to day creature comforts.

The process took way too long, we arrived at 3:30, test drove one car that we decided to buy, and it was after 7:00 before we were able to leave with the new car. If the pinch point is finance, then they should hire more people to complete the paperwork.Otherwise, the salespeople there were very friendly and helpful.

I had gotten in a motor vehicle accident Friday 02/12 and I was in contact with Lariah the next day. I told her what my must haves and price range were and she did an amazing job finding me a handful of options to look at. I was hooked on one model and she showed me a different model that she was certain I would love and she was absolutely right! I purchased the vehicle last night and could not be happier with my choice! I took my Ford Focus in to get 2 recalls done, one was pretty urgent considering it can’t shut down the vehicle with no warning!So I’ve called a couple different locations and Morries Minnetonka Ford is the only location that seemed to answer the phone! I scheduled an appointment for this week and they were extremely nice! I didn’t expect them to wash my car either and they did! 10/10 recommend them!

I had only been looking for a trade-in truck for 2 weeks. I found my truck on Monday night, messages Morries on Tuesday morning. I was able to come take a look after work on Tuesday. Every communication with Kyle at Morries was great. I test drove the truck with Chris who was very knowledgeable about the truck, financing, trade in values, etc. I knew exactly what I wanted in the truck and the amount I wanted to get out of my Explorer. They were able to beat my Credit Union’s pre-approval interest rate and sent me home that night in my new truck. Al and Moe in financing were also great to work with. Every step of the process was easy and they were all very friendly. I would definitely go back and send friends to Morries in Minnetonka.
I called to make an appointment for them to fix my hood on my Explorer, and they got me in right away, and were professional from start to finish. Positive experience, easy scheduling, waiting felt clean and safe. Price was mildly higher than expectation, but I understand increased costs for sanitation and good service.I felt that the discussion and report that followed the service were clear and honest.

The new building is great. Service is clean and prices competitive. They were able to handle everything via text and email, even when in the building, which made reviewing recommendations and selecting what work to do very simple and without pressure.
Our in-person experience was amazing but since we had our kiddos with us, we had to follow-up after with next steps. Since then, service has been HORRIBLE!! We were literally ready to buy and it has been over a week with no follow-up from the dealer. We have called multiple times with multiple messages. Bringing our business elsewhere - super disappointing.
I chose Morries because they gave me the best deal, most for my trade in, best interest rate, and even drove it to me the 400 miles at no extra charge. Very friendly group of people. My local dealers couldn’t touch the pricing or service offered. Easiest car buying experience ever!

I made an appointment for an oil change and promptly showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. After an hour and thirty minutes, I asked if my truck was done. At this, the technician decided to run out and pull my truck into the shop. The rudest thing was them asking me if I still wanted an oil change. Mind you, I just patiently waited 90 minutes for an oil change that I needed. Of course, they offered a measly $10 for my troubles. They have no respect for what your time is worth.
Arun was our salesman and was fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to explain the process to us and kept us updated while we waited. The finance team was wonderful and explained every option we had in detail. Great service, honest, transparent and very wonderful team to work with!

Nice remodel job. Always friendly. A bit disappointed that some of my warranty replacement concerns are continually ignored. They say they will call me back but then never do. Also, please stop playing country music so I can sit here in the waiting area without wanting to kill myself.
