Took 2 hours on hold and then they hung up.. I called back, 1 hour 34min on hold again, to get someone to tell me they had to transfer me to someone who can help with actual authority. Another 38min on hold. They said theyd fix my issue, 3 days later I need to call back again... oh my God! Horrible.
