This organization doesnt help the Latino community. They posted information about banking classes and I called the office to sign up for classes and it took me 30 mn to talk to someone name Luis Michel. He told me we are not offering banking classes at the moment. Not very organized. Zela the secretary is very helpful and kind but that is the best thing I have to say about this location. I enjoyed my services through Sabathani better. Lisa Mcdonald the employment counselor is very rude and not very gelpful. Everytime I have talked to her, her attitude is short and she almost seems like she is bothered to have to help you. My overall experience has been pretty negative at CLUES on lake street. I dread having to come here weekly to turn in my job log.
