Cheaper and cleaner than most laundromats in Minneapolis. NEVER CROWDED and FREE DRYERS!!! Abdul is a great guy and very friendly I wont take my laundry anywhere else!!! THIS LAUNDROMAT IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. PLEASE COME AND CHECK OUT THE NEW DIGS!!! THEY HAVE FREE WIFI!!!!

It was a nice quiet and convenient place to go but the only thing I didnt like about it when you use your debit card and takes extra money off of your card

This business fails to tell you, you can purchase a laundry card. If you use your debit/credit card to wash it TAKES $20.00 from your card. Later on your statement itll show it took the $6.00 and failed to return your remaining $14.00, I will file a dispute with this place. You Cant Be Taking Ppls Money Like That. Its called Fraud. Or theft on money or Bilking...

It says 1 free drier per washer used but when the somalí lady works she does not honor this. When the owner is here he ensures the free dries there is never a problem honoring this. The website and the signage states free dries all dries all day per wash. The somalí lady that sometimes works here gets hostile and physical with the customers and does not give the free drier after the use of their wash. She is disrepectful and very aggressive and rude with the people that pay for this service. Do not support this business. Its a headache and only if the owner is working will you get the drier for free.

DO NOT COME HERE. This place used to be great but you can obviously tell that the standards have dropped. Half of the washers are out of service and 1 of the change machines are broken too. There is a duck claw machine in the laundromat that looks fully fuctioning with no out of service sign. When my little one tried to earn a prize it wouldnt work and wouldnt give your money back; seems like a scam to get extra quarters. The owner also is ALWAYS ON HIS PHONE from the beginning I have noticed the people asking for help from the owner but he not only ignored them but walked away! You had to speak really loudly to get his attention. But at least there is free dry and the place is clean, you get what you pay for.

It was my first time going to a laundromat so I didn’t know what to expect. The place is very clean, has both credit card and coin machines, and dryers are FREE. The attendant was very helpful as well. I will definitely be back!

I read that Laundromax LLC suffered in the darkest days in Minneapolis history, May/June 2020. I hope and pray that this business prospers easily. They are deserving.

I found this place a few months ago, what a pleasant surprise. The owners - who always have someone on staff- couldn’t be nicer. Friendly and helpful.It’s always very clean - and it has a restroom, which is great, plus the standard amenities such as a laundry soap dispenser and soda machine.I really enjoy the convenience of having the laundry cards- never have to search for quarters! (They do have quarter machines too, if you prefer). And I’ve never had to wait for a machine.All in all, it’s a nice, neighborhood laundromat run by very kind people. I recommend.

Ok but expensive says free dryers but machines do clean the clothes well

They only give you one dryer per washer. If you use an eight load machine($11) you get one dryer. It is not free dry because you can’t use more than one dryer per machine. Go to Vikings cleaners they have unlimited dryers. Then staff is rude. Also not all washers and dryer’s work.

Gentleman in charge was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and well kept, only on out of order sign to be seen in the whole place.

Its a nice and cozy place to do laundry. Its mostly clean and never too crowded but, I find the man and lady that runs the place are sometimes ride and impatient with their customers!!

The place is under new management! Clean, working machines and free drying! Also, free coffee. Very kind and helpful employees. Totally new and better. Check it out!

They used to be reputable when they first opened. But now I bet a pig can do a better job at running this place if you train it to. Among some tasks that the pig can do better: sweep and mop the floors, keep bathroom tissue stocked, feed enough quarters in the coin machine so that they last past 11am, and mmm make sure that the damn washers & dryers are good to use and wont ruin your clothes.

They advertise free drying but when I went to do laundry today they had 2 out of the 16 large dryers working; and both of those were in use. This place has steadily gone downhill with the owners not being willing to and eventually able to afford to repair anything that is broken in it. It needs to closed or be sold to new owners who respect those who use the place to make at least some of the repairs needed. Even when one is willing to pay to dry the lack of working equipment means to just avoid the place unless you have NO CHOICE

This used to be great when you could get all the free drying you wanted, but now you only got one dryer. It takes longer to dry oh, so theyre actually losing money by restricting you to one dryer. The place is clean though in the staff is very friendly. Free Wi-Fi

Getting my truck worked on across the street, I thought Id wash some drop cloths for work. You cant pay with a card because their card issuing machine is broken, which also makes you unable to get the free dryer use as advertised on the building. Neither of their change machines are working, so if you didnt know ahead of time, youd have to have about 50 bucks in quarters in your pockets to use what washers and dryers actually are functioning. No toilet paper in the one bathroom thats working. This place is basically an empty box, because you cant use anything in it. And I just read the reviews, apparently this has been the case for at least months now. Dont even try going here, total waste of time.

A typical luandrymat. Clean. Machines worked well. And who ever was working today, 07/04/18, give that guy a raise. He was super helpful and very polite. Thank you again!

Nicest laundromat Ive ever been to. They have a counter where you can purchase garbage bags, laundry bags, soap etc etc etc. Surprising considering its location, but it had a very friendly atmosphere.

Im so disappointed with this laundromat. I lost $15 in the machine that’s supposed to issue you a card so that I could dry my clothes. Then, the large washers don’t accept coins, so with the money I did have left I had to find a dryer that the coins would work, and most of those dryers are out of order. The saving grace is that it’s not busy, but how am I supposed to get my money back that I need?! I’m done with this place. SAVE YOUR $$ - DONT COME HERE!!

Will you believe this owner/caretaker of this place attacked me. I couldnt believe it either. I stop coming here long time ago and was in the neighborhood and didnt feel like traveling back to my FAVORITE Laundry Mat on CHICAGO & LAKE. FYI Chicago and Lake Laundry have updated its facility and the washing and drying there is extremely efficient. it wont ruin your clothes and the managers have grade A customer service. Meanwhile, I guess she was scared that I wasnt going to wash here because I was getting my quarters first. She used a number of self defense moves on my to prevent me from getting quarters becuse she preferred I bring my clothes in to the Mat before getting my quarters, which is backwards to me. I like to have all my supplies in hand before taking on a task. besides if you purchase a card there is no telling if it will work.BOTTOM LINE ... DONT USE THIS DIRTY, MALFUNCTIONING, RUN DOWN FACILITY.ANY OTHER FACILITY WILL DO...IF THE FACILITYS FREE DRY IS WHAT BRINGS YOU TO IT... TRY VIKING ON 36TH AND LAKE. THEY HAVE OLDER MACHINES, BUT THEY WASH NICE ... ARE KIND AND THE DRY IS FREE. YOU JUST HAVE TO RESTART THE DRYER EVERY 15 MINUTES.

The nastiest laundry mat in the Twin Cities. Dont go there. Gross and most of the machines are damaged. Absolutely disgusting.

Stopped in because I moved a block a way. Walked with two large loads. Get to the place and its empty! Both change machines are out of service, the laundry card wasnt issuing new cards. In order to get the free dry you need a card...Maybe someone should actually work there, pick up the place a bit, get your change machines in order.

Worst place to do laundry! I lost tons of quarters, got triple charged on my card, hardly any of the machines work. They say free drying but you need a card from them, which you cant get so No free drying. Calls not returned. FLITHY place! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!

I put money on a card and the card did not work. When I tried to call the phone number listed, it was out of service. When I went to check the website that was listed it was also out of service. Paid $30 for nothing.

They charged $20 to my card for three dryer loads that was supposed to be $10.50 and havent found anyone to return my money at that price I wont be back

Worst laundromat...first it is filthy nobody takes care of it...tells you to get the card and you get free dry so I do that and over half the card washing machines are out of order and the rest are coins only..do now stuck with money on my card and cant wash...
