I would not recommend using Impact for any mailing services. They were not able to hit our deadline and did not communicate with us in a timely manner. We called and emailed many times to try to get an update on our project and they were very slow to respond or usually didnt respond. We tried to set up a meeting to talk over how we can make a partnership between us work after this project and they cancelled on us. Its clear that they dont want to make client relationships work. Our requests were reasonable, their communication wasnt.
