Had a great experience with Prospectr. They originally did some lead gen service for me, which ended up not working out. It cost me thousands. But, they ended up referring thousands more in business to me to make up for it.I dont expect every contracted service to work. I knew risk was involved. I think most companies would simply stop communicating and disappear. Unethical spammers! I never asked to be put on their lists, but Ive been getting unsolicited, inappropriate spam from them. Dont buy their services, or you will LOSE customers and get bad press.

Someone from Prospectr Digital reached out to my company, and I replied back saying that we were interested in a discovery call. I ended up getting a response back from someone else in the company, and it was one of the rudest emails I had ever received. He said that he wouldnt speak to me because I was new to the company, and that he would only speak to Head of Sales or someone in charge of making budgetary decisions. Undoubtedly he took a look at my outdated LinkedIn and made an assumption about my status within the company.I replied back saying how rude he was and how they lost a probable sale, and I ended up getting a call from someone else within the company, who apologized but really only defended the rude employee, saying that that he has good days and bad days. He then said Id get an apology from the rude employee, but I never heard anything back from them.This happened a couple weeks ago, so Ive waited more than long enough for an apology, and have had done the appropriate amount of waiting before writing an angry review. I would never recommend a company that treats potential customers that way.
