We recently rented a Bobcat & trailer. The customer service was amazing! They were made pick up & drop off so smooth & were super helpful! Would definitely use again & highly recommend.

Easy in and out process renting a brush hog. They let me borrow ramps for my pickup. Cost was reasonable (lower than other places), equipment worked great, and easy return. I will be back once or twice a season to use this thing.

We received great customer service renting a laser level and jack hammer from Central Rental this weekend. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again on my next project when that one time tool.The weekend rates are very reasonable and they are open early on Monday so you CA can return your items before heading to work.

We had a drain issue and rented an auger. With out boring you with a long drawn out story, money was tight and we had some issues with the process (not Central Tools fault). The manager/owner (not sure which) was really nice and forgiving about all of it. Really nice guy.

This is a fantastic, locally owned, rental store I use on a monthly basis. They give great customer service and I have never had any of their products break on me. They have waived a few late fees for me too.

Recently I rented in aluminum break from Central rental in Blaine.Cost of the break for four hours of somewhat less than $50.Break did not come with legs and was stored on its end.This is one of the things all manufactures tell you,Do not store your brake on its end.I had a bad feeling when I left her store,but I had some work to do on my daughters house and I wanted to complete while I was there visiting.I do not live in the area.I have over 40 years experience operating an aluminum break.After fighting this breaks malfunctioning operations and burning up $50 worth of coilI return the break to the rental store.I was asked how everything went.And I told them the break is a piece of junk.I brought along with me samples of my aluminum showing the on even breaking of aluminum and the scratches caused from the break.My experience tells me that this break is Sprung.Needs a tuneup kit and a bare minimum.If you’re going to rent equipment you need to know how to take care of it,maintain,and store properly.I receive argument about how good their break was,Someone had just used it yesterday !I told them to screw them selves and I left inDiscussed !I would never recommend this company. Had a great experience. Unlike most rental places the guy helped me put the aerator in my truck and helped me unload it. When I returned without the pin (which I accidently forgot) they didnt nickle and dime me and just forgave me for it - unlike many of the big name outfits out there. These guys provided excellent service! Very local shop feel friendliness.

Good service. I rent stuff often, and twice I have made an error and they have been competely understanding. Once I rented a mainline snake that was too short (was 100 and I needed 125). The second I rented a floor sander and accompanying sanding vacuum. I plugged the sander into the vacuum (it had outlets) assuming that was how it was supposed to work. The vacuum was lower amp and I ruined its power cord. No extra charges in either case. A+++.

Rented a sander over the holiday weekend. Needed to get three rooms done and didnt even finish one because the machine did not work properly. When we brought it back told them there was a problem with the machine they were very understanding. Central rental corrected the problem by reimbursing us half the cost. After checking out the machine Central Rental called us back and offered to let us have another machine for the following weekend. Thanks Central Rental nice to see there is still good businesses out there

Rent with these guys for work and personal and usually have what we need. Main guy at the desk (dont know if he is the owner or a manager) is willing to work with you for extended rentals for awesome deals.

Have what you need when you need it. Bonus: they are closed on Sunday be prepared. However, Sunday is not included in the 1 day rental fee if picked up on Saturday returned Monday by 9 a.m!

Great experience, rented a sheet rock lift and sheet rock drill. I had issues with the drill (user error most likely) so they refunded me for most of that cost. Also helped load and unload the equipment.

Butch was very nice and helpful. Definitely a place to rent from!
