Tony Wolters at BRC is by far the best Ariel Lift coordinator I have ever worked with over my 15 year career. Hes very responsive and most definitely RELIABLE. He delivers every lift on time no matter what city. I definitely reccomend Tony Wolters and BRC rentals to anyone!

Very frustrated with this company. I have used them for large lifts and the service was usually great. However, recently, we needed them for scaffolding for a project. We met at the location and discussed the project and was told I would have pricing the next day. Next day comes, no pricing. I called, no response. I sent emails, no response. I even stopped at their location, just to be avoided. I had a very strict deadline for my project and it was not completed due to the lack of communication from these guys. I had 2 weeks to get the job finished and here we are 6 weeks later, and still have not had any communication with them and a job still not done. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have used BRC several times and have never been disappointed.
