My company has used Technical Reinforcements for several years. When we first switched to using them we had a network nightmare. They have transformed our network to function so much more efficiently. They are always prompt and courteous and make appropriate recommendations. They do an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This team -- ROCKS. We had clients coming in at 11 and Suzi (sp?) and James made sure that we were able to look calm, cool, and collected when they arrived. James was so patient without geeksplaining EVER and quickly adapted when he realized I could understand at least part of what he was saying and I followed directions well. Just had a great experience with Technical Reinforcements. Brett and Adam installed a wired / wireless mesh network in my home. I had personally spent many hours trying to figure out how to do this myself (I installed my own CAT6 prior to hiring them), and they just came in and got the job done in a few hours. Incredible screaming internet all over my house. This is the second time Ive used Technical Reinforcements...cant give then enough props!

Over the years we’ve had James, and several other technical reinforcement associates, help us with fixing our PC glitches from major to minor, like coordinating all our PC’s to upload to Dropbox properly, getting finicky printers working again or our server back online, recovering from a major data loss, getting our redundant backup systems to actually provide recoverable back-up, building us new PC’s and modifying stock laptops to our needs, helping fix minor issues remotely and otherwise being there for us when we get in an urgent digital jam. What’s appreciated most is that James takes a personal interest in our success. He loves to use analogies to explain what is going on inside the “box” and he comes up with some pretty good ones sometimes :-) He makes detailed notes of all of our repairs and fixes which has saved, what could have been, some serious “fumbling around” to re-discover what previously “fixed” a re-occurring issue.
