Excellent service, communication, and responsiveness. When we had trouble upgrading a CPU and motherboard in my sons computer, InfoTech helped us out. We got the repaired computer back one day after dropping it off. And, it was on Christmas Eve. Price was fair especially considering the efficiency.

Great place! Came in with a bricked higher end laptop without much money to play with (fixed income). Sam was super nice the whole time despite the unavailability of the part I needed, and although my laptop didnt end up getting fixed, when it was all said and done they hooked me up with a laptop to hold me over until I can afford something better again. Great little place!

He is working to earn a good reputation, and that is important. He will not promise more than he can deliver, but works to exceed your expectations. I would recommend him for clean used equipment or any services for your computer. If he doesnt have it in stock already he can get it for you. As a purchaser of off lease equipment from auctions, I much prefer to work with someone who will refurbish, has reasonable prices, and will stand behind their work. 5 Stars to Sam and his business - it fills the need for those who dont want to pay retail prices to grow their organization.

I found Info Tech through Craigslist when I was shopping for a deal on a compact PC for my girlfriend. I had already looked at all of the offers on Dell Outlet, and other Big Box stores. I called right during the holiday and received a quick reply. Sam had just what I needed at the best price I could find. He even offered to meet on the Holiday for pick-up. The guys at Infotech Fastrack were awesome!!!I got a lemon from Dell. It was slower than molasses in winter. I thought there was no hope and that Id have to throw it away. I brought it in to infotech to see if they could salvage it in any way. Sam was awesome. Super friendly guy and incredibly knowledgeable. He looked into it and discovered I was sent a computer with a bad hard drive. He replaced the hard drive and now the computer is incredibly fast. Im a quasi geek and once upon a time thought I was going to go into computer science so I started to chat Sam up. I asked him about how he got to where he is today. He told me he went to college and has 20 years of experience. This is the guy that can build his own computer from scratch! Super smart!!! Aside from him fixing the problem, he kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. Also, the pricing seemed incredibly fair. He gave me a new hard drive and 4 gigs of RAM for 100.00 I cant recommend these guys enough. Im not the kind of person who writes reviews unless I have an incredibly positive or negative interaction. It turns out all of these reviews wasnt a lie. I took two of my desktop computers and a laptop in and got it fix for a good price, also the parts I requested to be replace. The guy name is SAM.
