I found this Podcast to be filled with GREAT insights. Some of the tools we have used helped us to change the way we searched and hired new staff members! Possibly the most important building block in any business is the new staff we hire. To improve our understanding of our needs and the skill sets, required us to see our needs in a new light. A few Dynasty L.C. tools helped shed some light on the key points we missed in the past! The Hiring Filter is an amazing tool and has fundamentally changed the way will identify and select talent.
