Ordered container online for a construction project located south of Little Rock, AR and almost immediately received a call from Tammy to get specifics regarding what I was needing. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Follow up emails were provided with order information and receipt. Container arrived the next morning. Received call from driver before delivery, who was also polite and professional. They could not have made the process any easier and cost was very reasonable. Western Container will be my go-to for future projects!

Stellar service from beginning to end. The people who answered the phone were so helpful and made ordering a breeze. Everything was clearly explained on the phone and website. Once ordered, the processing was easy and informative - you get calls and emails to set up delivery, and the software they use to process everything is really easy and well thought out. The execution of the ordering and delivery setup process was amazing. Once ordered, we had our shipping container delivered within four business days. The driver (a third-party towing company) was kind, courteous, and very patient with us, and aided us in getting the container in just the right spot. Amy was on top of everything. I placed my order online after office hours. Somehow the delivery charge didnt take. It appeared I was going to pick up the shipping container. I emailed them immediately that night explaining the situation. I had an email waiting for me the next morning to complete the transfer of funds for the delivery. Amy then immediately called us to verify everything. She let us know they recieved the funds for delivery and verified the order. Awesome customer service. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a shipping container. Thank you!
