These guys are absolutely worthless. Password resets to online accounts are only done through mail and take up to 10 business days to receive the temporary code. They say it’s for “security measures”.Making payments on loans take two weeks to post. And their automated answering machine is the worst I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, our company has signed up with these idiots and I have no other option. If you do, STAY away!
