If I could give this organization a zero I would. Although, I provided required SBA documents for PPP MEDA did not send it to SBA. As a result, I lost out on PPP funding. Organizational leaders did nothing but give me a bland response to documented errors and poor treatment! Prince Deloce was right on when he said no one answers their phones and responds at an appropriate time. The financial consultants are incompetent, unresponsive and poor at communicating amongst themselves and community members!!!
No one and I mean NO ONE, who works here answers their phone, responds to texts or return messages. Very frustrating that they say they can help but you cant even get them on the phone
