Terrible customer service from David Mangione
Unjustified arrogance about company culture, none of, belief that they treat employees so much better than anyone else is not true. Borderline cultish, you wont survive if you dont drink the cool-aid and conform. Opinion shared by local tech community, others have shared similar experiences with me, some recruiters refuse to work with them. Until they focus on what is important - the product and customers - they are in for a long slog.
Interested in the solution this company has to offer however, I called the UK number numerous times and no one was ever available.My details were taken each time however, I havent heard back.Luckily I found another company called Callminor who does what we want.Companies like Calabrio will fail as a business when things like this happens.
Calabrio offers a smart product that is easy to use. They take amazing care of both their customers and their employees.
Calabrio is still (April 2015) requiring its users to use Java6. Java6 is, as everyone knows, one of the primary targets of hackers due to its security vulnerabilities. Java 7 was released in July 2011, thats four years. Of course even Java 7 is not the latest but I point this out to demonstrate how little Calabrio cares about your companys security. They have had four years to get off of Java6 and have not only not done so but there is no roadmap for them to do so.Do not use this product unless you want your company to be the next one on that growing list of companies with major security breaches.
My account is a throw away to protect my identity.This company is shameful. It took them three months of interviewing me to finally say no in a very cold email.This company is highly unprofessional. They will contact you for an initial interview, then they will ignore your emails and calls for over a month, then they will call you back and request to re-do the initial interview cause their interviewer quit and they lost all her notes. They will then conduct the interview again and then ignore you for another month before sending a one sentence rejection email.I had two internal recommendations and yet they were nothing but rude and unprofessional towards me.
Their product and customer service is far beyond our expectations. Highly recommend their product.
Verry poor product, especially in a multi national (non imperial) environement, the product cannot eaven show the shifts consistandly cross daily, weekly and monthly views. Admins have to do everything manually instead of the end users being able to enter their data or place requests themselves, slowing everything down. Also regular maintanance taces down the service wof hours on end during european office hours. Not to mention userinterface and workflow...
