I used Sayo Electronics for the first time and I could not be more satisfied. They provided my parts on time and working as new. I had one issue with the connections when doing my own install. I decided to take the car back to Sayo and they diagnosed the problem to be something I did not have plugged in correctly. Carlos took care of me without delay.

Brought airbag module for reset.Allegedly it was done the next day but nobody called me to inform that its ready for pickup. Called them myself and told the guy that Im coming to pick it up. Half hour later I was standing in front of locked door of their office.According to open hours they shouldve been open for the next 2 hours.

These guys do a good job, Ive been here several times, always happy with their service and work.

Had the plug we needed with no problem.

Speedometer was all over the place and odometer counting backwards. These guys fixed the problem set the odometer to the ECM miles with only a 1 week turn around time. Great job

This is So far the ABSOLUTE WORST encounter I’ve ever had with a mechanic ! Would give a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS if it was allowed. expensive & bad service totally inconvenient. and yes I couldnt agree more about the guy named hameed and his rude manners, beside the fact that he is A LIAR, my first experience with him left a very bad taste in my mouth!!!! I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

I am pleased! Replaced my dash pad and when the tilt steering did not work after, I brought it back and they fixed it fast, no questions asked.Very high integrity.

Very easy to work with them and affordable compared to market prices. No appointments but fast turnover. I’ve known them for a few years now and they are always pleasant. If you’re a business you can use speedy to send the module in.

Half the time they dont answer their phones. They random close down for a day or two without any notice being posted. The service is very slow. They ruined a BMW airbag module by loading wrong codes into it. It took about to weeks for them to take it back to re do it when we picked it up, it looked like they never even attempted a second try. They said it will work. We trusted them and put the module back into the vehicle to only find out it was the same problem. Very fraustrated very annoying that they lie to you and dont show any respect to their customers. I would be embarrassed if I ran a business like this!
