If I could give zero stars, they would have it. The arriver driver arrived but refused to let me in and repeatedly told me im not giving you a ride. ...maybe i didnt sound black over the phone?

Thanks for the safe and speedy transportation to an eye appointment this morning. The first driver wore a mask was right on time for the outbound. The cab was clean, the driver friendly and equipped with what appeared to a state of the art GPS system. We got to our appointment right on time.The return trip was also great. Armando picked us up in a bright, spanking new SUV. He had a container of Clorox wipes tucked away and wore a mask. He chatted us up about his home in Ecuador and we even talked about the giant turtles on the Galapagos Islands off the coast. I would definitely use Eagle again and be sure to ask for Armando.Eagle deserves, in my opinion, the best taxi ratings in the Twin Cities. Thanks.Dave G.

Ordering taxi was quick and easy. Driver was 5 minutes early for pickup, which was nice, and called as well as texted me (although the text was in Spanish) to let me know she was there. Driver was nice and we had a good conversation. At destination I was told the fare was $50, even though I was quoted $35 on phone. Was surprised at how big a difference this was and said something to driver. Without any argument she agreed to $35, which was amazing but made me question the accuracy of the $50 fee. I had great service and would use again, but definitely getting quote first.

I was really impressed this taxi company. Best taxi I have ever experienced. My driver, Jonathan, is very talkative and friendly nice person. I used this taxi to go to Minneapolis airport. He came before 15 mins. A car is very clean and comfortable, and there are great amenity as well. Ill definitely use this taxi again, so I highly recommend this company

A month agoI, ike to say that eagle is by far the best taxi i have used in years. since every other company has gone automated i have had terrible service and can never reach a human to talk too. I finally found a taxi service that i can get a human to talk too. The people are very friendly and the taxis are very clean and always on time. I have used their service for three months now and have had no issues. If you are looking for a clean and dependable taxi i highly recommend eagle and Limo.

Never showed up

Used this company multiple times, usually in a rush. Theyve always come through.

I was crossing the street at 28th St. and 10 Ave, where there is a light. Their cab nearly hit me. The person on the phone would not speak to me in English. I called back in Spanish. My phone number was blocked - I do not want to escalate this, but if they will not figure out who was driving their cab there around 7 pm today to tell them to slow down and stop at lights, I would never want to be in their cab as a passenger.

Very professional and prompt

We went just over a half mile and the driver charged us $13. Never turned the meter on and continued to scream at me about the fee. WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. We had just taken a cab going over a mile for $6. Then this guy charges $13 for that short drive??? This company should be shut down.

This company is not following all safety rules to operate as taxi drivers and is not secure to use this company

Our driver, Ali, didnt turn on his meter, took the long way, and the proceeded to charge us 28 dollars for a 4 mile ride. Needless to say we had to get the cops involved. Beware folks.

I called 1 hour and 15 minutes before my medical appointment to order a taxi and it never arrived, due to its unprofessionalism and irresponsibility I was late for my appointment, take your precautions with this taxi and limo company. Terrible service and not recommended.

They do a good job, they value the customers, the dispatchers are friendly and they never lie to you in the time they tell you that the taxi is coming, I give it a 10

They are friendly, very fast taxi service, they are accurate with the time they give you and if not, oh shoferes they tell you if you want to wait or notI used it like 5 times and I have no problem.

I had a bad experience with this company ... one day before I went to my brother and they charged me $ 16 normal and then after 2 days I went again I play with a man who left on the other hand and when I asked for where he was getting, he replied that it was the fastest way and when we arrived he charged me 21 and according to it was the fastest way ... but there a very honest man to that if I recommend them ... his name is pedro.
