Not sure if the guy in little white car with an accent works for these guys (sorry if it’s a different company but this was the only ride share I could find for msp) but he hit me with his car at the airport today and when I told him to stay because I was going to get airport police he drove away. Only reason I know it was a limo service guy is because the license plate had LM at beginning of it. I have a bruised foot now and would like to either press charges or see him fired. No one like that should be driving professionally who does those kinds of things.

I called Aspen Limo after visiting their website - there were so many options and their website is a little confusing so I was hoping to speak to someone who could point me in the right direction. The woman who answered the phone did not say her name but she was very harsh and abrasive. I asked a few questions and she answered them as if I was completely inconveniencing her and that my questions were obviously answered on the website. I told her I was simply looking for some direction and advice. She again was very abrasive so I told her she was making me feel uncomfortable and that if they want customers to choose their service they should try and be as helpful as they can. She tried to tell me that I was wrong instead of trying to correct the situation. Not worth my time or my money to use a company with bad customer service.

Had an issue with scheduling but Manager Ali reads all of these reviews personally and called me to immediately make it right! Very professional.

Its now been a year since my Aspen driver/owner hit the ditch with me in it and still no proof of commercial insurance. Ive moved on and thank God everything is fine BUT please note that you are taking a BIG risk if anything happens while in one of his cars. Good luck!

The limo arrived early which worked out very well. Our driver was fabulous and knew all the best routes to take to see the attractions of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Our driver was very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and very kind.The limo was clean and well serviced.The great experience we had was due to the driver! He was great and did a fabulous job!I would definitely use Aspen again and try to get the same driver.I also recommend that if one needs a car service, Aspen is the car service company to call!

Booked a eight passenger Town car limo for our friends birthday and asked for a black one. Was called the day of to confirm the pick up and since they didn’t have a black town car limo they upgraded me at no additional charge To a 10 passenger BRAND NEW Mercedes limo. Everyone is so courteous and kind and our limo driver Mo made sure everything was perfect. Will recommend Aspen to everyone I know!

We attended a wedding in Minneapolis, with trips to St. Paul for grooms dinner and wedding. After the wedding we then moved to downtown Minneapolis for a remarkable celebration. Al was great to work with! He was available when we needed some alterations to our pickup times. The vehicles were perfect; the drivers always on time, courteous and professional. Update. Still no updated info from Aspen. Unless something has changed, you are taking a BIG RISK with no commercial insurance. Ali is a nice guy but if you are in an accident with him, you’ll be on your own.Ask about the insurance fraud claims and why he was dropped originally.BUYER BEWARE. They DO NOT have commercial insurance needed to operate a limo service. I got into a car accident and with them and when I called the insurance company about my injuries, I was told they only had personal insurance on the cars. Beware. Nice guy but you’re taking a big risk getting into their car. - UPDATE - SOME of their cars MAY have commercial coverage....NOT all of them as MY insurance company had to pay for my injuries... Not sure Id want to select a car service that I have to verify the car Im getting into has commercial coverage. Up to you, buyer BEWARE.

Such a great experience. Our driver was extremely professional, and accommodating. Booking online was super easy, and the website lays everything out very clearly. We got a free upgrade which was really nice because it gave us a lot more room. The limo itself was very lavish, which made it all the more fun! Will definitely use again in the future.

I had an amazing experience with aspen limo services!!! I got a limo for just me and my prom date for two hours. The prices are as youd expect because their service is amazing. The driver was very very friendly and the limo we rented came with water, we were very pleased!

On the day of the Super Bowl 2018, Aspen did not pick up our clients from the hotel after we paid them for a 12HR service package for the event. We called countless times and sent several emails but still no response from anyone on their team. We asked our clients to order an Uber versus waiting for Aspen to pick them up because apparently an app is more reliable than a so called professional limo service. Never recommending Aspen to anyone in the Minneapolis area.

Aspen was a pleasure to work with. We had a limo rented from another company for prom and the driver called in the morning on the day of prom and cancelled the limo. They sent an Escalade which didnt even seat enough people. We called several places to find a limo on short notice with no luck. Aspen stepped up and provided a limo within an hour or so. The driver was extremely courteous and friendly. Aspen turned a bad situation into a good one. I would definitely use them again.

I read many reviews before choosing this company and with many positive expierences and my friends first hand expierence, we chose AspenLimo for our prom. It all started great! We got a town car on short notice for our prom, then things started to get wierd. They called me saying I didnt put in a pick up address, when I did, but I thought it was a technology issue and told them all the details about prom night. On the morning of, I got another call. They were asking me where they were picking us up, and I was confused after already telling them twice. Then at our pick up time (6pm) he called me saying he was outside my friends house, but that his car broke down!! The company sent another car, although that took an hour to arrive and we missed our dinner reservations and had to drive right to the dance. It was obvious the driver felt bad and wanted us to get there in time, so he drove wrecklessly. He didnt fully stop at stop signs, reeved his engine at lights, pulled u-turns, and overall just sped. We got to prom, had a great time, and forgot momentarily about the fiasco. On the way home, he continued to speed, he would pass people, and he started to swerve.The next day I called them to inquire about a refund, we had paid for 6 hours, and barely got 5 hours. I talked to the acting manager who told me they would refund me $100. I was extremely grateful!! But then surprised the next day with an email invoice of a $75 refund. Dont tell me one thing and then do another.Overall, Im NOT saying AspenLimo is a bad company. It could just be bad luck, and its not there fault the car broke down. But there were a couple things they couldve controlled.Edit: AspenLimo contacted me and gave me that additional refund. I aprreciate a company that owns up to their mistakes and fix them. Although it was a hectic night, looking back on it, it was still prom and a great time.

I reserved a limo for a birthday party. Customer service was very good. Calls and emails were answered immediately and they were very friendly and responsive.We had a very tight schedule for the party. I called the morning of to confirm our pickup time of 4:00 and then emailed over an itinerary with addresses and time lines.At 4:04 our limo had not arrived and I got a call from the driver telling me he was late and that his GPS said 19 more minutes until arrival. I then had to leave the party to drive and pick up one of the girls myself because we wouldnt have time to go get her with the limo being half an hour late. Another parent had to drop her daughter off at the house because we wouldnt be able to collect her in the limo now either. Im in my car, calling everyone trying to coordinate new pick up arrangements instead of at the house with the birthday girl.The driver called me at 4:27 to tell me he was outside (Im literally checking my cell phone for times to give you an exact account of what happened). I was still driving the girl back and missed the surprise for my daughter. She didnt know about the limo.The limo was very, VERY nice. Probably the best looking, cleanest, newest limo I have ever been in. The driver was polite and very good. The rest of the party went as planned, BUT...When I told my husband about the limo being late, he asked me Is it Aspen Limo? Thats the company that never showed up to drive uncle W. to the airport last year. We had a relative going to the airport at 5:00 am and we hired their black car service and they never showed.The owner was very nice and apologetic both times and told us to keep the limo later if needed since the driver was so late. So after the last stop I asked him to drive one girl home. We had rented the limo until 8:00. The round trip would have us dropped off at around 8:40. I told him that the owner had offered to make up the lost time WHICH I PAID FOR. I paid for four hours. I was basically asking for an extra 10 minutes. This must have upset the driver who probably wanted to go home because he started to grumble that he was only 16 minutes late. This made me extremely angry. I said Uh, nooooo. You were almost half an hour late. You called my phone to say you were outside at 4:27. He continued to say it was 4:16 and that he waited outside for us for a long time before calling to tell us he was outside. So you called me at 4:04, told me you were 19 minutes out, then somehow miraculously arrived at 4:16 and sat in my driveway for 11 minutes before calling me to tell me you were outside? I said Oh, really? Would you like me so show you the time stamp for the call on my phone? Then he seemed to back down and reluctantly drove where I asked him. Why bother arguing with me about this? You were late. You know it. I know it. I paid for four hours. Not 3 1/2. I didnt pay to drive all over Minneapolis collecting guests myself because you were late.Come on, dude. You were already super late. You almost ruined the party. If I hadnt the foresight or means to drive and get the extra girl, she would have been left at home. And we had a Room Escape that we were going to and they dont allow late starts. He could have ruined the whole night. As it was, I was flustered and agitated for the whole first hour, worried that we wouldnt make it on time. Had this been MY birthday, the night would have been ruined. I was able to keep my daughter relatively unaware of what was going on since I was just coordinating, but it really wasnt cool. And I was even going to tip that guy (in addition to the tip that was included in the price) despite the late pick up, because in the end he was friendly and got us to where we were going. He shouldnt have tried to argue with me at the end. That sealed the deal and the bad review.Three stars because the limo was so sweet. But the rest... I would never use them again. Too unreliable

After being on the internet for 20 years Ive never felt the need to post a review, but after reading the post from last week I see the need. We made a reservation last month for a limo, unknown to us, neither by phone, email, or snail mail, we were charged a $600 deposit for a limo service that hadnt yet been provided!!! Fast forward to last week when we decided to cancel our reservation just under 2 days in advance we were told that we were already charged for the service and that we would NOT be getting a refund. We ultimately received $450 back but paid $150 for a service we did not receive and cancelled almost 2 days in advance. I understand that its hard to book a limo, but for a Saturday night during prom season theres no excuse and the shear lack of professionalism in the way it was handled will put a bad taste in my mouth for a long time. What business in 2016 can operate without confirmations, receipts, follow-up emails?? I know we would be out of business if we ran our company in the same manner. Do yourself a favor and find a different limo company!!
