Went in for a day pass to see if I wanted to make this my new gym and it definitely will be! Love that it is a private owned gym. That really gets you more in the zone. I went in for a leg day and it was a great experience. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I recommend!
Wow! A CrossFit gym near my house! Sweet!I inquired about pricing since it isn’t on the website. They required a phone number and an e-mail to receive that information. I tried calling but only got a voicemail. Big red flag. I was expecting an email about pricing but instead I received one about nutrition and a welcoming email as if I joined the club. Only after I replied to the welcoming email did I start to talk to the owner through email. There was a lot of back and forth requesting personal information before a price could be quoted. In no way am I going to be forced to have an assessment and give out my personal information! Then I received a loom (?) link explaining why they needed the info. There was more back and forth about why they wouldn’t give out a price.Never mind.
If your looking for a place to challenge yourself and grow, look no further. The staff and management are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The community is warm and open. The facility is clean and professional.
CrossFit 100 goes above and beyond expectations one might have for a gym. After attending just a few classes you are treated like family. The coaches are knowledgeable and kind and willing to teach you and guide you during classes and even outside of class. The members are fun and engaging whether it is a 5am class or a 6pm class on a Friday. No matter your skill set or experience you feel support and encouragement. The facilities were clean, modern and well lit. The staff was pleasant and almost all the machines were new. It was all around a great experience, and we will be considering a membership.

I love this gym and everything about it. I go five times a week. The workouts are challenging and are suitable for teens and older folks like me (mid 50s). All the trainers/coaches are very safety minded and there is no pressure to exceed your limitations. Dont be intimidated by the barbell lifts. They are challenging and fun! Most of all they are incredibly good for you!

I really loved coming to CrossFit100. I felt challenged and sweat more than any other exercise Ive done before! The community of people is wonderful and supportive and the coaches really know their stuff! Everyone is helpful. Unfortunately, I had an injury that put me on hold, but Marcela was very accommodating and helped me with my situation so I didnt lose out on money. Highly recommended.

I joined Crossfit about 6 months ago when my gym closed. I was warmly welcomed by the coaches and members. The coaches are very knowledgeable and help you with form and technique. The atmosphere is very encouraging. The workouts are tough but the coaches help adapt them to help you be the best you can be!

I worked out at Crossfit 100 several times while visiting from Oregon. It is a welcoming box, with nice equipment, hard workouts, and friendly people. I would definitely join this gym if I lived locally and plan to go to it whenever I am in the area.
Some people are afraid that CrossFit is too hard or scary but come in and try it! The coaches will quickly put you at ease and you will meet an awesome community of people who will become like family. Six years later and I still love this place. See you there!

I attend the Crossfit Lite classes. The classes are very challenging but doable. I am seeing my progress already after only 3 weeks. The coaches are friendly, encouraging and helpful. Class offerings are varied and have enough options to fit into most schedules.

Love this gym! Everyone here is very supportive. The workouts change every day so you will never get bored, and are scalable for all levels. There are also a variety of other services to help you along the way with nutrition. I took an Inbody Body Composition Scan here and also got my recommended macros. By working out and following the macro plan, I lost five pounds of fat and increased almost three pounds of muscle in 3 months. The coaches here are very attentive and make sure you are performing lifts with proper form, safely. Even though these are group classes you still get individual attention. Everyone should give this place a try!
The coaches and sense of community at Crossfit100 make it possible to survive and thrive in workouts you would never design or complete on your own. You compete against the daily workout, all of the participants in each of the classes that day, but most importantly....you compete with and challenge yourself. Every level of fitness is represented in classes, and all the workouts are appropriately modified by our coaches so that you are intensely challenged without risking injury. I am have been attending classes at Crossfit 100 for almost 2 years. I find the gym to be clean and organized, the equipment to be great shape and the coaches to be well educated on the movements being taught. Great 5:00 a.m. Lite class as well with a wonderful and inclusive environment.

Hello,I love crossfit. Its very different from going to the boring gym. Everyday there is a different workout program. Im not a professional at working out and crossfit makes me feel as though I have a personal trainer without personal trainer prices. Its very up beat and have flexible hours and with great music. Jessie and Marcela rock 🏋.
CF100 is a top-notch CrossFit box. Nice equipment, very good class times, but its the coaches and fellow members that set it apart from the rest.
I stopped by as a guest. I dont regularly do CrossFit but it was taught well and the equipment and space was nice. If I lived in the area I would definitely consider being a member here.

This is a great place that will kick your butt. It has a great location, right off of the Oak Leaf Trail and is great if you come with groups.
Ive been a member at multiple gyms and CrossFit100. Ill never go back to a standard gym and do the same workout over and over. CrossFit100 has great coaches, varies the workout every day, and has an excellent community that inspires you to improve a little bit every day.
Ive been going to Crossfit 100 for a year and attend 3 to 4 one hour workouts per week. The workouts are tough and efficient and allow you to be stronger, faster and leaner in a short amount of time. I was overweight and out of shape when I started and after 6 months I lost more than 25% of my body weight. Ive maintained that weight loss, but continue to get leaner and stronger. I love the sense of community that we have at Crossfit 100 and I feel that all the coaches are very attentive, encouraging and helpful making sure all different ability levels are addressed.
I spent years concentrating on endurance training and neglecting strength training. Then decided to try Crossfit in my 40s to build muscle, bone, and joint strength and guard against chronic injuries. Best fitness choice I ever made. I feel stronger, fitter, more balanced then ever. I love the intensity. Crossfit 100 was fabulous for a newbie; welcoming, challenging, teaching. No longer a newbie the gym is now a treat.

Ive joined the CrossFit 100 family a little over a year ago after being encouraged to join a CrossFit gym for several years. I was intimidated so it took me a long time to take the leap of faith. After trying a number of gyms and always getting bored after a certain amount of time, my CrossFit journey began with an entry to CrossFit Lite 6 week long class.A bit over a year into it, I cannot tell you how much I enjoy this box holistically.... always look forward to coming to class, working out with the 5am, 5pm and Saturday am folks. No one day is like the other, and I usually dont look at the workout prior, so its a more a surprise which keeps it fun. The owner and the coaches are awesome & very encouraging. I highly recommend it anyone, no matter the fitness level.

I walked into CrossFit 100 two years ago and my life was forever changed! I very quickly became addicted to everything about this place; the coaches, work-outs, classmates.... Now five years in, nothing has changed except I do most all of my workouts via live stream - due to COVID. It has been difficult to not be with the people and the bar, but I have learned to adapt and push myself with the equipment I do have at home.
