I come here often and I have to say that this is my favorite currency exchange. Diana and Rosa are friendly, efficient and smart. They greet many customers by name and with a kind smile. Ive had the pleasure of meeting a couple of the managers Carl and Sergio and its always a pleasure visiting. Their hours are convenient and prices reasonable. With all of the Wisconsin DMV offices closed to many license services this is my absolute go-to one-stop shopping location. Note to Wisconsin: Once you open up shop again hire Diana to be a regional manager, she knows more than many of your existing staff.

I go into this place every week. Packed or not, the employees always get ppl in and out and they get it done fast. Takes allot to deal wit customers and knowing if the customers are having a good day or bad day. But they always make my day better when they hand me my green green.

I should not give them a star!! I feel so foul... she didn’t want to help me!! White lady left out she went to the back and I waited in the lobby.. so I left thinking they were closed. This lady stood behind the wall and didn’t help me so I left again.. I went to my car and sitting in my car.. I thought to myself I am trippin right! So I went back in and she picks up the phone and say hi to someone. So I left sitting in my car I can see inside a white Lady came in and she helped her!!Just put a sign that say no colored folks allow!!! Foul as hell she doesn’t know my Mom is white 👎🏽

Horrible customer service. I just called not to long ago to ask a question and the lady who answered the phone was so rude. She didn’t want to help me with some information and hung up the phone. I called back to ask for the manager and she said no you cannot speak to my manager have a good night bye. Wow! Poor poor customer service and no professional at all. Reading the reviews I see a lot of people with similar experiences 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

WarningFor color people, LIKE ME, you are not welcome at this place from Diana & Dana& Karl tantum.They discriminated against me I think because of name, color& faith. Moreover they missed up my car registration.I should have read the reviews on this location before dealing with them.

Order currency on Monday morning, promised delivery next day, after two days steel nothing!!! After I am cancel order charge me $20.-worst service ever!!!!

They refused to cash my check even though it’s my 4th check, claiming they can’t reach out to the company. Bobby please update your computers man, you guys are using outdated windows 98 and storing peoples information on it, were in 2020, the check machine that verifies the checks is also outdated, I know for a fact because Walmart cashed it no questions asked. You guys will soon be out of Buisness, went from two workers to one worker, wait time is about 45 min if the employees are feeling good. You have been warned.

Fat Heifer with red hair needs to be taught some respect and customer service. She asked me why I waited 10 days to cash my check, I told her I didnt have time then she asked AGAIN why it took so long with an attitude, so I said why does it matter??? She tries to get all GHETTO and threaten me saying she can put a hold on my check LOL! People are too funny and she definitely needs a diet and a new job. Maybe that will change her ugly ass attitude STAY AWAY!!!

Worst customer service experience !!! Asian lady has no respect for the customers. She should be retrained in customer service. Shes just rude for no reason. For that simple fact will Never return.
