Ive been going there for years. Fixed all my issues and made me aware of a couple I didnt even know about. Very knowledgeable about all kinds of cars. Prices were affordable, very courteous, and took time to explain what and WHY I needed the repair. Very honest. I recommend them to everyone who needs car repair.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I WAS TREATED HORRIBLY! I was referred to this place and went there paid for a diagnostic test and decided to let Jeff service my van since he said after he fix everything I would pass the emissions test. After 300 dollars later my Van did not pass emissions and I politely asked Jeff what happened. HE THOUGH my papers in my face and dismissed me. I am a 65 year old woman, I expected more respect. Stand behind your business Jeff and be a better person!

Jeff has been working on my familys cars for at least 10 years but since Ive been going to his shop my experiences have not been positive.My most recent experience on December 21st, 2018 was terrible from the start until I picked my vehicle up. I had a hard knock in the engine so I dropped my car off for a diagnostic test to determine the issue. Jeff called and stated that it would cost $1800 to fix the vehicle, I told Jeff no I will be coming to pick up my vehicle because I spent over $2400 on the vehicle less than 12 months prior and I knew the vehicle was not worth it.When I arrived to pick up my vehicle Jeff states he can get it done for $1000 because some of the lifters would be covered under warranty and half of the labor is covered. So I agreed and I put down $300 and Jeff stated disregard the paperwork numbers because the total cost is really $977 before tax. Great! I got a deal and my vehicle will be fixed.Jeff calls for me to come pick up my vehicle and he gives me a balance of $1200 and I stated that was not the correct balance and he said yes it is and that my father and I must have heard him wrong when we were at his shop and he informed us of the price of $977 and the warranty. Then he goes on to say he cant do a job like this (replacing the lifters) for that price even though he gave us the price.So I arrived at his shop immediately and he closed the shop almost an hour early so no one was there to discuss the matter. I arrive the next day and he states that he replaced a bent rode (without my consent or knowledge) so thats why the balance was now $1200.I paid the money because I didnt have a choice in the matter as they had my vehicle hostage and the paperwork stated a different number than what was actually being paid.Then to make matters worse, he brings me a single key with no remote attached, I asked him where is my remote and he said I didnt give it to him, as if Im a liar, then he walks in the back and disappears.Luckily they left the remote inside the vehicle.Terrible customer service and they will tell you anything because they know you lose all control when they have your vehicle in their possession.

I had my Silverado fixed there. Had a bad valve lifter. First took it to Andrew where I bought the truck brand new. They wanted almost 4000.00 to repair it. they didnt plug in the throttle body plug to try and make it completely undrivable to try and force me to have it fixed there. was able to get it done for less than 1/2 that, and it runs good again. I would recommend bridge auto for your repairs.

My sister recommended me this company for a professional engine replacement service. I went there and they immediately greeted me with a friendly smile. They have great customer service and the engine of my Honda was replaced adequately. Thanks a lot!

So I brought my car in on Friday for check engine light. Minor repair done and I was advised if the light cones back on to bring it back. Light cane back on 2 hours later but the shop ad closed by then. I called Monday to tell them with hopes of bringing the car back in. I was told the mechanic called in sick. I should check Tuesday. I called Tuesday and they hadnt heard from him. No call no show I guess?? Asked to call later that afternoon. Called no mechanic . advised to call Wednesday. Called no answer, left message. Called this morning, no answer, no voicemail to leave a message.....um they were nice to me on Friday....now I dont know how to feel....I need my car fixed. ...hope the mechanic is ok......

Great service all round. And the mechanics know exactly how to figure out any problems it seems when the other shop I been to couldnt. Glad I found a really well ran auto shop

The belt for my alternator, power steering, fan and idler pulleys snapped after weeks of ignoring it. I was a block away from a job site and finished the drive. Finished the job I was on and Googled car repair near me. One place was a little closer (0.7 miles) but didnt answer, called Bridge Automotive (0.8 miles) next and got an answer. Explained what happened and asked if they could help me out today, response was Yup, head on over. They had to order the belt in and I also got an oil change (I was 2K past 3500). I called around 2:30 P.M. and they got me out of there at around 3:45. Made it back to work for my 4:30 appointment.

I only went to this shop because, of my warranty. It was the worst experience I ever had with a car repair shop. They took forever to communicate to me about what was going on with my car. My car was in the shop for a week and two days. I had to call to get the ball rolling. Warrant cover everything except one repair plus a $75 deductible. So I called the shop and asked the guy how much all together I had to pay for the repair and the deductible, he told me $140. I paid the $140 and drove home, while I was driving home the guy called me and told me I owed him money. I said, what do you mean I owe you money? He claim that he made a mistake and that he meant to say $140 plus the $75. So I told him I will call warranty right away to have them fix the problem because he told me $140. After I told him that he started yelling and saying u need to come back down here right now or Im taking you to court. So I calmly told this man that I will call warranty and tell them the issue and he hanged up the phone in my face. So I called warranty right away told them what happened and they paid the guy while I was on hold with themSo after one day from my car being out the shop my engine light came back on for the same thing and now they are charging me $281 for the same thing I just got done. Very unprofessional service. I will not be returning ever again. I feel that they are taking advantage of people. Please beware...

My car was stolen I took it to Jeff for repair of the collar and thermostat he had it for over a month and when he did quote me a price and told me my car would be fixed that following Monday my car was stolen from the shop that night because someone only fixed my starter and got the car running then parked it out front without fixing the collar my car was left in the street on 76th and Brown deer the following day when I didn’t get a call about my car I went to the shop without telling him I had my car we spoke about price and repairs when I asked to see my car he took me from the front of the shop to the back then told me he didn’t know where it was when I told him my car was stolen the day before he told me that he wasn’t responsible for it.

Bridge Automotive is dirty and unprofessional. I took my truck there to be fixed. They left metal pieces in the engine and oil shoe prints on the floor of my truck. Dirty and very unprofessional. I will never go back!

If you dont know anything about cars, dont take it here. Brought the car there for an check engine light and they held it for over a month and a half. Which means they messed up somewhere and didnt wanted me to know. My total bill came up to $1,940 and the check engine light came back after two days.Also has poor service, over priced for labor and charge for installments that you dont need. Last time going there. Had to sell my car because it couldnt pass emission. Thanks Jeff, for nothing.
