Went in for diagnostic for transmission issue and the added fluid and charged me almost 300$ for fluid and labor. Cars not fixed and they wont let me get it without paying. And to get it on the shop he had me help push it from the parking lot to the shop. I feel like he owes me some labor charges if hes gonna be like this. Im pretty sure he just didnt want to do the repair and said its a blown transmission. Either way I never told him to do anything just tell me what the problem is and then give me a price.

Honest. I’ve switched mechanics to Scott a few years ago for my Audi. Honest and fair. Good experience given the unpopular task of auto maintenance. He has strong knowledge of German automobiles, but he can really work on any make and brand. I have even brought my classic 1960s car to him. He’s been working on cars for a long time and has kept current with the changing technologies.

I had Prestige Auto service my 2012 Jetta SportWagen TDI. Transmission service and a new axle seal. The ride shifts much smoother now. Fast turn around, Very knowledgeable and I highly recommend!

Hands down the best Milwaukee auto service shop for my Smart car. Im female. Enough said about how I usually get treated at auto sales/service places. Never have a problem here, these folks are good eggs. Never felt lied to. They seem to know their stuff and, finding a reputable Smart car service place is nearly impossible in Milwaukee.

Scott took care of my Sprinter. Great price on oil change. Saw my air filter needed service. Asked him to prep my MB for a long road trip and was pleased with their work

Fixed my Infiniti haven’t had any issues.... for a fair price and got power steering pump installed really fast! But they also tried to charge person I recommended 8x the cost of part then charged them to fix part that he did not will not go back

Ive brought my car back again and again, its no wonder they are so busy! They do quality work, and are honest and decent guys. I happen to know a few of them personally. I should mention that they are some of the best in town when it comes to hybrids and electrics.

Hands down the worst experience. Place came recommended and I wouldnt send my worst enemy. No follow through and unable to address the issue at hand. For being in the industry and business for as long as theyve been they arent personable, no time management and cant address problem. if you dont mind getting ripped off and being without your car for longer then necessary good luck.

Always willing to help and at a rate that blows away the dealership. I have had them provide cheaper options vs. full replacement of parts. Its great to have options, especially if you like older imports.

Fantastic shop. I have so many stories where Ive been ripped off by other mechanics and dealers in the past that Ive learned to try to do all my own car work. The stuff I get stuck on, I trust Prestige to take care of the problem fairly and honestly which I dont trust others to do.

Great Shop, really stand up guys who dont overcharge. Weve brought multiple different Volvos, Mercedes, and BMWs in and their staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. After spending thousands at the dealership to resolve check engine light and rotor warping, with no resolution, Prestige fixed it all in a single visit with no recurrence. They always explain what they are doing, find the most cost-effective solution, and really know what they are doing.

Ive been to this shop twice. I will not be going back.Likes: They did the work in a timely manner and were able to get my vehicle ready in time for vacation I planned.Dislikes: They are poor communicators. On my second visit that called me and told me they were done but when I arrived I found they had only done half of the work I asked them to do. I had to make special arrangements to leave work early to get to the shop before they closed, and would have preferred to leave my vehicle with them until all the parts were in and the work was done. The most annoying thing was that I had asked to have the transmission drained and refilled while it was out of the vehicle to replace the clutch, and they neglected to do so. I also feel they were careless as my vehicle was returned with minor cosmetic damage that did not exist when I dropped it off.

Where do I start! The price just kept getting higher and higher, after being told one price. They kept my car for 3 months, and always seemed to forget to contact me. Three months later my truck wouldnt even start. My lights used to work but now they dont. They live a lot of my wires exposed and then had the nerve to charge me more money for a problem that they calls. They are the type of people who fix one thing and break something else. I wouldnt even wish my enemy that bad of service I have a lawsuit in the works.

Great place to bring your car

Not good.They took forever. The price changed. My new mechanic showed me where they had pulleys mounted backwards, drywall screws were used and gobs of glue instead of gaskets.Push your car to another garage.......

Horrible service ... they dont communicate and your vehicle can sit for days. Amazing they are still in business
