Paul is fantastic! He listens to what you want and need ending with a perfect cut and style. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend requesting Paul. Hes the absolute best.

I was literally 5 minutes late and the owner Paul was the one that did my hair and gave me shampoo for inconveniencing me because his appointment ran over. Basically to sum it up the world would be a better place probably a perfect place if all businesses acted accordingly. Absolutely love this place!!!! ❣️❣️❣️

Just had my hair done by Jessica! I had a full foil done and I am in SHOCK at how gorgeous my hair came out. She took the time to listen and understand the changes I wanted to make to my hair. I went in with my roots grown out and had about 5 different shades of blonde from previous highlights. She took her time and made sure it was done right! I walked out with all the same colored highlights that blended beautifully with my natural color. Very pleased with my experience and grateful again Jessica took the time to make sure I was happy with the outcome!

I would’ve recommended this Salon up until today. My experience today was completely unprofessional and in my opinion quite rude. I scheduled an appt for ombré/balayage and a cut. I went in, super excited even though I couldn’t get in with the stylist who has previously done my hair. I had done my research and chose to have Liz as my stylist. Well... I went in and left with my hair looking the same. They didn’t touch my hair and instead told me they couldn’t do the entire service. She offered to do my roots only and then wanted me to schedule an appt to come back in a week and get the rest of my hair done. When I booked the appt online, it specified that Liz takes 4 hours and 15 mins to do the service I was requesting. I only get my hair colored once a year if I’m lucky (mom of four) so yes my roots had grown in some but like I mentioned I’ve gone to this salon many times and always after months and months of growth. Never ever ever has it been an issue with the amount of time it would take to do the color. For whatever reason today was different. I was completely floored to be honest with you. I couldn’t believe that this high scale salon would have me sitting in the chair for easily a half hour, or more, and go from ok awesome it’s all good let’s do this color to all of a sudden there isn’t enough time to do what I had booked the appt for. Makes no sense!!!! I find it so unprofessional and disrespectful to do this to a paying client. At first I agreed to just reschedule the appt altogether and come back next week to do the whole thing. However, I have since decided I will NOT be returning to orange salon for any kind of service and it’s really unfortunate because the couple of stylists I’ve had there have done a wonderful job at coloring my natural red hair. I have friends that are in the industry who said there was no reason for this stylist to waste my time like she did today. I will not be returning and I must say it’s not the first time I’ve dealt with a rude employee here. Customers should be your number one priority and taking care of them as well as making sure they leave your salon happy with the service they’ve received. I was not at all impressed I was not at all happy and in fact felt really disrespected and confused. Tomas was phenomenal at coloring my hair and highly would recommend him but Liz I would steer clear of unless you want to show up and not get the services you booked your appt for. Any time I have gone to orange salon they’ve done my base color and ombré or balayage in 3-4 hours without a problem. So there should’ve been no issue with the amount of time that Liz put aside for my appt- 4 hours and 15 mins is what it says is needed when I booked an appt online for the services I wanted. I’m disgusted, upset, feel disrespected and like they could’ve cared less that I am a returning paying client. I’ve now cancelled the appt for next week at Orange Salon, and will instead be going to a much higher class salon in Natick called Jesamondo Spa. They have raving reviews and for me it’s well worth the hour drive to get my hair done at a salon who values their customers.

Liz is great. However, I am writing to inform people that the hair coloring product Orange uses is the only product that DOES NOT irritate my scalp. Many other salon product do. So, if you are sensitive to hair dyes, then you should consider Orange salon. Oh, and people compliment me frequently on my color! thank you Liz!

Just came from my visit with Paul at Orange and I couldn’t be more impressed! He was fabulous! The studio itself is gorgeous and everyone was so professional. Let me start by saying I dont usually leave reviews but my experience here today was so incredible, that i felt compelled to. Just a tiny background, I fear getting my hair cut since being traumatized 7 years ago when a routine trim turned into the back of my head having to be shaved. So it was with anxiety I made the appointment and went in this morning. Picture 7 years of home hair care including several bleachings and processes leaving my hair a complete brittle, broken mess. Enter Paul, he was non-judgmental and worked wonders on my hair and I couldnt be happier. From the girl, sorry I didnt catch your name, who put me at ease in the shampoo bowl to Paul who calmed my nerves and made me feel beautiful, I thank you both so much and you will see me again and this time without the anxiety you first saw.

Had a hair coloring appointment with Mariah today and she was very friendly and knowledgeable! Great experience at the salon. I also really like that the owner really cares about the guests experience there. I will be coming back!

This was my first time coming into the salon. I have had a super rough year and needed some time to myself and a little pick me up. I never expected to have such a wonderful experience. My stylist Tomas was WONDERFUL! From the second I sat down he made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Not only did he exceed my expectations and needs he boosted my spirit with his kind words and made me feel like I was worthy of my awesome transformation. He has made a new loyal client. The Salon itself was great and beautiful. Everyone was super friendly. I was asked to say one negative and all I have is that the sink kept making the water super hot when another sink was turned on.

This was my third visit to Orange Salon. Rachel has been my stylist each time. She is fabulous! I had just moved back to N.E. and though my former stylist used a different coloring product, Rachel matched it perfectly. She has a good sense of humor as well as professional know-how. I highly recommend her. You get a pampered feeling at Orange without going over the top.

Can’t say enough good things about my time here. I was nervous about cutting all my hair off, but Billy made it such a good experience. Excellent service from the moment I walked in. They immediately offered beverages and everyone was extremely friendly. Billy was willing to work with me until we got my hair exactly how I wanted it. I’m so excited about my new hair! The place looks extremely nice and they do an amazing job, but prices are surprisingly good. This is the only place I will get my hair cut from now on. Thank you to everyone at Orange Salon!

Had my hair colored yesterday at Orange Salon. I had Cait who is new to the salon but absolutely fabulous! Extremely friendly, talkative, and my hair came out beautiful! She is a great addition to the salon and they are lucky to have her! Highly recommend

Ive been coming to this salon for years and have always had a positive experience until today. I didnt have an issue with the process of getting my hair done but with the associate who answered the phone. It is usually someone who is professional, helpful and kind. When I called today, my experience was the complete opposite. She wasnt helpful in the least and sounded bothered. The impression left was I really dont care if you schedule an appointment or not. So, I will go elsewhere. For management, this was on August 13th, 2019 around noon. I would strongly recommend having a conversation with this associate. She does not represent your salon in a customer friendly manner that I had become accustomed to.

I came here for a simple cut and blow dry, I have only good things to say about my experience. Cait did my hair and she was so fantastic. The salon inside is pleasant and comfortable and all the staff working were lovely.

Couldnt ask for more. Every single month I come to get my hair colored and toned. They are very punctual and if the appointment its at 12 we start at 12, that shows me that they respect my time too.The chair where they wash my hair extends my legs and they always give me a massage that makes ne forget that Im at the salon. Best few hours ever.Never disappointed with my color and Paul does my haircuts and they are always on pint! Oh and the products!!! I just want to buy them all.

The service was pretty good. I had my toenails cut. The price was very reasonable and it was done relatively quickly. No complaints.

I found my new stylist! Rachel is awesome! I went to see her because of a haircut that I hated from a previously stylist (done elsewhere). I explained to her what I wanted and she listened! Theres nothing better than a hair stylist that listens to what you want. Its been a fail finding a new stylist and now I found the one and I couldnt be happier! Rachel is also friendly, professional and courteous. Oh and the icing on the cake is when I was offered a hand massage (which I declined) and the scalp massage :). This place is truly a gem and will definitely be seeing Rachel moving forward. Thanks rachel for an amazing haircut and service!

Great salon in the Millbury Plaza. They offer alot of services, comfortable atmosphere and great product selection. I saw Carissa and she was fabulous. She is pro with color. My only complaint is they upsell alot and their prices are more than a salon on Newbury St. In Boston.
