Nice people, helpful, but the replacement of my computer keyboard was probably not done right since it’s now continuously typing “a” and i can barely navigate through my computer, even though there’s no point since i can’t use it without my keyboard, the built in mouse also barely works. It could be the keyboard instead of the way they put it in but who knows
Asked them to clean my laptop and they broke 2 keys. Now I have to pay $400 to fix that because with butterfly keys the whole keyboard needs to be replaced.

I came into the store with a broken screen and poorly conditioned battery that needed to be replaced. I Was treated with great service by Geoffrey as he was very attentive, assisting, and reliable when helping me fix my phone. Walked out two hours later with a very clean and almost brand new device, I would definitely recommend this store for any future customers in similar situations.
The store ordered a battery for my pixel 4xl and put it in someone elses phone. I went there twice for nothing. They were going to order another battery and its been almost 2 weeks since. I have had it replaced somewhere else. I do not recommend these stores since I went to two different ones and the customer service is very poor.

It should be called Ubreakibreakmore! The phone was brought to them after filing a claim for the battery not holding a charge. The phone was left for about three hours when I received a call that they had cracked my screen. They wouldn’t repair the screen unless I called and put an additional claim in for the screen. I didn’t and was initially denied. When I called and told them my claim was denied they told me to come pick up the phone. They refused to fix the screen that they broke and didn’t replace the battery. They seem too comfortable with this being the solution. Now I’m left a device that doesn’t change and a cracked screen.
When I say my Samsung note 9 screen was totally destroyed, its an understatement!!!!! The entire bottom corner was gone and black lines were creeping up the phone.. the other cracks had a spiderweb effect up the phone.. my touch screen didnt work at all after awhile/only able to use the pen.. after several drops that shattered the glass, it started to cut my thumb.. when the glass started to break away.. U know I just had to pull it off..This is all happening when: a child is graduating high school.. a childs 1st yr college spring tuition.. grauates first yr college fall tuition... ME: Queen of save a penny didnt want to purchase a new phone and take on new monthly fees - a cellphone store employee suggested ubreakifix..I am typing this long msg with my healed thumb on my old phone!!!!! Luckily with insurance it wasnt a high expense!!! And im not paying any monthly fees!!!!Im Screaming Run to UBreakIFix!!!! The quality in customer service and professionalism is top rated 👌 👏 👍Only thing missing are the names of those great employees//sorry 😞
I trusted them due to reviews, but it turns out they way over-quoted a repair, twice as much as other places, they never took my information when they said theyd order the part needed (luckily they did not charge me or anything), and 4 days later when they said it would come in, nothing arrived, then they pulled me along a couple more days till I decided to just go somewhere else. Dont seem to care about new customers.

Avoid - one staff member quoted me over $300 for a MacBook Pro battery replacement in the store (after a staff member quoted me $200 over the phone). I drove to another uBreakiFix several miles away and they charged me $150 for the same battery and service. Also, the former is $60 more expensive than the latter for a MacBook Pro hard drive data transfer.
Needed an iPhone 6S+ and a Samsung S8 screen replaced as both degraded over time to have trouble with keyboard and earpiece loudness, respectively. Geoffrey replaced both in a timely manner and the screens are performing like new!!! Will be coming here sooner for future screen fixes for sure! Thank you and have a good holiday season!

I ran into issues with my Google Pixel3 not charging via the USB C port, and connecting it to Android auto. I was out of warranty by a few months and knew i was going to have to pay out of pocket to get this repaired. Google listed this business as an authorized service center so i made the appointment one evening, for the next afternoon.the instructions for drop off were clear, back up all your data and wipe the device of any memory, which is a great recommendation in these days. When i got to the store for my appointment time they were expecting me and I was able to quickly drop off the phone after the confirmation of the issue and how to get in touch with me.A few hours later I got a text saying that the phone was fixed. When i went back in, it turns out that there was some lint caked up and they removed it and didnt charge me anything for the service. I really appreciate their honesty and their willingness to service an out of warranty phone and not charge me. Great staff, super fine service. Ill recommend this place for whatever electronic ails your devices have.
I am a Pixel 4XL owner like many others the battery gives you great on screen time. Then out of nowhere it gets stuck on 50% sure it will drain down to 8% but wont charge pass 50% I contact Google they say use uBreakiFix as it is under warranty. I contacted uBreakiFix via email and received an email saying my request was received.I arrived at the location no one inside 3 waiting outside so I enter. The tech Geoffrey greeted me asking how he can help me. I give him my name my phone info he pulls up my request. Yes he said I am not the only Pixel they had to fix. Google seriously you need up your game. Geoffrey did a quick diagnostic of he had to for Google not to question the repair needed.Okay next day I do a status check online I see a needed to call. I call and Geoffrey tells me new battery is in during a diagnostic to see if everything it good. I vented for a minute about Google Geoffrey being kind said he understands. Geoffrey even offer some valuable info I will use going forward. Yes now my battery charges fully 90 day warranty on the battery installation. Phone looks just like it did before I handed it to Geoffrey. Truly happy with my service uBreakiFix did an excellent job.
Took over 3 hours to change old iPhone battery. After new battery went in, phone said “not licensed battery” and wouldn’t show status. He said that was a phone problem!

I recently brought my phone in to replace a battery. Prior to coming in, the phone was working properly. When I picked up the phone they told me that the phone caught fire during the process. They told me that they replaced everything in the phone except the mother board. I continued to have problems. They then replaced the camera, the power port, the external microphone...I went back again because the phone was dropping calls and people were telling me that my voice was breaking up. When I called Verizon, I was told that it was a phone issue and when I brought it back to u break I fix in Millburn, I was told it was a Verizon signal issue. After repeated visits to the store I decided to contact Assurian to replace my phone.The refurbished phone works perfectly. I am looking for a refund and have reached out to the customer email address given to me by the store and called the store numerous times to have the owner/manager whom I was told was Stewart to contact me and have not heard from him.I am out $100 for the repair and $200 for the deductible of the refurbished phone. I will continue to wait for Stewarts response and update this page.Unsatisfied and Frustrated Customer.

I was directed to this establishment to have my phone diagnosed for an issue. I called as was told to come in and they would take a quick look and would most likely need to order a part if they fixed.I took the time to drive there and find parking (which was not easy)...only to be told they didnt have time to even look at my phone, despite telling me to come in! I wont be using this company ever in the future as a result.
Actual phone necromancers. Great service and much faster than I anticipated. I thought my phone was a goner, but it turns out that I just needed a new screen- never would have guessed! And I was warned that my battery was swollen which would be another thing to repair soon, which was very nice of them to let me know and Ill definitely be coming back for that. Its a bit of a drive for me, but I honestly wouldnt even want to go anywhere else with how great it was here.

Friendly staff though now I have a warranty issue on my daughters phone. They made the fix on the cracked screen and appeared fine but right afterward the camera does not work nor screen functionality- Said it was an issue with screen mandated by warranty but 3 weeks out, I have no resolution on the matter and a phone only half operable

Brought my phone there for an insurance claim screen replacement. Called me after 3 hours to tell me they could not fix the screen. Ok not a problem. Went to pick up phone and besides the cracked screen it now had 4 cracks and scratches on the back. Unfortunately I didnt see this until I got home. Looked like they attacked the phone with a monkey wrench. Worst part was when the insurance company called them they denied it. What a hack job. Never again.
Good experience with Geoffrey and Dan.Geoffrey provided excellent customer service when I walked in. He allowed me to share screen shots of my tech issues with the speaker and Mic. And then Dan followed up with the solution. And installed new drivers amd a software update. All in all resolved in same day service. Amd picked up same day. Very professional and prompt! I wouid go back with future needs with home technology issues.

I do not give this location not ONE STAR. Poor customer service and unprofessional staff who need to work on their communication skills with customers. Specifically Stuart Jeff and Dan. I was provided misinformation on a service they provided and I paid $250. Yes it wasnt the other way around but from my conversation with these people you would think I should be treated as the customer. Theres no way I recommend this location or return to this franchise. This is how Millburn moves, never again. Hopefully my computer works after a 20 minute back and forth talking over being interrupted ignorant person. Just to be told, paraphrasing of course folks, I have other things to do. Hmm so do I on a nice day cool November day, last time I checked Im not the one at work. But anyway I would look over the reviews for this spot, good and bad. The service provided to those of us who provided less stars has a running theme on LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.Lets see if I receive a thank you for the review reply. Any other response would be a waste of my time and yours and would be ignored.Response 2:1. I was not loud nor prevented another customer from being served. I was not told to leave the store. Play the tape. When the 2 individuals (you didnt adhere to your 2 person in the store policy might I add 1+2=3) entered the store thats when I was told you had other things to do. I asked for my receipt that was not given to me after I made the final payment. You pushed my monitor to get it out the way without Thank you. Just shows how you must have still been in your feelings that you still cannot maintain professionalism.2. You cannot ban an individual that refuses to use your services again. Try again guy.3. The issue was not the time frame. You/your staff told me I would have the opportunity to obtain the info from my hard drive if I didnt want to PAY you to do it. You said that was false. They kept my phone for 2 month with no updates. Stated they were waiting for samsung to replace it and after all the phone was never sent... i stayed 2 months without my phone and picked it up without being fixed. Plus, in a pandemic situation my phone was handed to me completely filthy. Shut down this place
So far so good. Had an issue with my phone and they took care of me. Only gripe is that they said theyd have the repair part by a certain day and it didnt get there until 3 days after the date. Luckily my phone wasnt broken so it didnt bother me. Otherwise they were friendly enough. No big complaints right now.
I had an appointment today to get my screen and battery replaced. I decided to call before going and someone named Jeffrey told me that the parts are not available. I had made sure early this week that the parts are available for me and had given that person my information to reserve the parts. I could not understand how can the parts not be there anymore. Jeffrey told me there is a shipment today but could not tell me what time and if the parts are in the shipment. Jeffrey rudely tells me that there are other customers waiting and hung up the phone on me before I had chance to say anything else. Today is my only day off from work and and I live far from the store. Why am I being treated like this when its obvious that someone at the store had messed up? Instead of offering a solution, I was left hanging. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I went to this store since it has such a good review but their service is so poor! I stopped by the store to show them my phone to repair. The manager of the store took a look at my phone and told me it costed $250 to replace the screen but I had to come back tomorrow for him to order the part. I called back the next morning to remind them to order the part and asked him to call me back once the part was arrived. I didnt get any call back so I called back later the day. They finally got the part but told me the price was $329. I couldnt believe my ear as I was their in person when he told me the price. I could have gone to other store and got my phone repaired two days ago, His attitude was really bad and very unprofessional. I dont feel this store value their customers at all. Thought I share my experience here so other customers can watch out.
Amazing place! Cracked my phone screen, then went to Verizon to get it looked at. Since my phone was insured, I got it fixed for $30 here and it came out (in about 40 minutes) as if my screen had never been cracked. Staff is very friendly and theres also a TV you can watch while you wait for your phone to get fixed (I went for bagels though).
Went to have phone screen fixed at noon on Sunday right as they opened. They were very polite, estimated it would take 2 hours but had it done in less than 1 hour. They are open despite the lockdown. Just wear a mask to go into store location in Millburn.

Everyone was very nice. Although they were unable to bring life back to my Pixel 3 due to a motherboard issue, they tried a new battery. They called me exactly when they said they would. I would return if I had a phone issue with my new Samsung S20. After 2 Pixel phone failures stay away from Google hardware.

Brought my Samsung Galaxy S8+ in with a cracked screen. Geoffrey was working under Covid19 conditions and did an awesome job completing my repair. There were circumstances beyond Geoffreys control that delayed my repair, but there is was nothing that could have been done to avoid this. In the end, my phone was repaired and I would go back should I need a repair.

They were doing guarantee work for me in a part from HP never showed then they sent the wrong one then it took forever to get the correct one so the time it took was forever I really could not tell whose fault it was however it appeared to be that of hps

I was overcharged on a screen repair for my Samsung S10. Their website falsely advertises low cost estimates to lure customers and they took over 2 hours for an hour repair. Go to Precision Repair in Linden for better service and honest pricing.

The website and store employees have incorrect information on what they are allowed to fix. I sent in my Pixelbook computer to get repaired after reading the website and calling the Millburn location to confirm that they can repair this type of computer. After sending it in I get a call back to inform me Oh, we are not allowed to open Pixelbook computers to diagnose any issues. All we can do is offer you a replacement for $550. Why would I ever send in a computer to get repaired to a shop that isnt allowed to repair them?! And then I had to pay to get it shipped back to me. Waste of time.

Great, friendly, and fast service. They tried to find the least expensive solution to fix my battery issues first, instead of trying to upset me on something more expensive. They cared not only about fixing my problem, but doing it in a way that saved me money. I would happily go back there again and again.
Fixed some screens and they did a great job. Charging port was not working, rather than changing it out for a high cost they found that cleaning it out worked and they did it free. Great service and very efficient.
In at 10:00 am and new battery installed in the 40 minutes while I ran errands. Cant do better than that with a sealed Galaxy Note 8 and a genuine Samsung replacement battery. Stuart was informative and friendly!

Scheduled online on Sunday night, they had to order the screen to replace the one I cracked in my Pixel 3a XL. Walked in the door at 6pm on Monday, walked out at 6:27, all done, less than 24 hours after I dropped it. Super friendly, to boot - I highly recommend.

My boyfriend has come here twice to try and get his phone fixed. The first time he waited in the store for 30 mins and no one came to help him so he decided to come back the next day at 10am which is supposed to be when they open and he once again waited outside the building for 30 mins and no one showed up to open the store. He will be getting his phone fixed somewhere else.

I spent 7 hours at you break it I fix it. This place was suppose to fix my screen and it took them 7 hours to give me the phone back even more broken. This place should be called you break it we break it some more. This place is horrible.
