Just went and met Mike today, one of the most helpful and nice repair places Ive ever been to. I told Mike the few issues I was having with my laptop, he opened it and showed me what he would do to fix it and what was wrong with it. After going back and forth for a little bit he cleaned the laptop and fixed an issue with my fan and was nice enough to not even charge me for it. Ive been going to repair places for almost 10 years now and without a doubt this is the best place Ive ever been to. Thanks again Mike will be coming back with any other issues I have in the future.

I am a new customer. I was having problems with my computer. I called iFixPCs LLC and chatted with Mike. He seems knowledgable, friendly, and spent a decent amount of time talking to me. I called him back to make an appointment with him. He acknowledged date and time works for him. When I got to his shop, the door was locked. He wasn’t there. This totally wasted my time. I left work early. He had my number. He should have given me a call if he couldn’t keep the appointment. I think he may be short handed and can’t handle potential new customers. He seems like a nice guy but it is not good business to leave a customer hanging.
