Bob bates tried to rent a house to us that we later found out that it had a mice and spider infestation. We have had exterminator after exterminator out here to fix the issue and Bobb bates fails to comply! This real estate company / proper management business is by far the worst Ive seen in my 10 years as a renter. Bobb bates that works here has absolutely no empathy to others. He sales you something and then gets you trapped into a long term contract to! After reading the other reviews both on Yelp and Google I decided to voice my concern like the others.

Bobb bates is trying to hurt my reputation as a business owner. As a professional myself I believe this guy acts like a little child. Leaving me a one star review on my company profile because we didnt respond back to his request in time. Very unprofessional! Apparently the person I sold my house to and I shared a home for a few days?! I sold my house, which closed May 31st, 2017, and when arriving on May 30th to grab the last of my things I noticed the buyer had left a couple small things on the front porch and although I found it a little odd I let it go until my neighbor informed me my buyer (using a John L Scott Everett agent) was given the keys to my house several days prior to closing and not only went in my home herself but had given her grandchild the key to walk over and give a self guided tour. When my agent reached out to the buyers John L Scott agent they were dumbfounded, not that she had the keys, they admitted to giving them to her early but they told her she cannot use them until the house closes.. ummm?! Apparently you can be super lazy and still get over 10k of the sellers earnings. Needless to say this will be reported to the MLS

I was very interested in a house and had called Steven Ramm with several questions I had after reading the listing, I was hopeful I would get a personal viewing. I got his voicemail twice and he eventually called me back at 10:30PM on a Wednesday night, which wouldnt have bothered me too much if it didnt sound like he was intoxicated. He was slurring his speech a bit and couldnt answer most of the questions I had. When he realized he was wasting my time on the phone he offered to set up the viewing for me. I was a bit nervous and probably should have called the main John L Scott office to request a more senior agent but I didnt. When I showed up at the house at our scheduled time he wasnt there, I spent 20 minutes walking around the outside and peeking in windows before calling his cell to ask if I had gotten the time wrong. I ended up leaving and havent heard from him since.....I have thought about mailing the home owner and letting them know they should probably switch their agent.

The worst branch of John L Scott. People are hypocrites, and they dont listen to their customers. These people only care about the bottom dollar and they dont care at all about finding out the truth. Stay away, do yourself a favor.

The encounter with the agent was in my opinion toxic at least. Dont use these people
