Although its on the pricey side, haircuts and service here are top-notch (Brandi H is my go-to stylist).They also occasionally offer specials/promotions, and its good to capitalize on them when available.

The barber that did my hair held a very entertaining conversation with me. Washed and shampoo-ed my hair, hot ragged my face and did a good job removing all the cut hair, preventing me from being itchy.The space is very nicely put together.Love the area around it!

Came here for a simple haircut. Simple. I dont have a lot of hair. Usually takes 20-25 min. Was turned down, 1 hour before close and was told by the stylist he was fully booked even though there was only 1 person waiting. And he pointed out to that person and said thats was her. One hour for 1 person haircut? ONE HOUR. Guess Im not getting a haircut here. Ever.

I had an appointment today at 11:00 am. When I walked in I was told by the lady at reception that it was actually 1:30 pm. I distinctly remembered two available slots being available of which I chose 1:30 pm. But since I may have the info wrong I said, nevermind is there any other slot today or tomorrow. The reception lady, while pointing a finger at her head, said yes if it makes your brain easier to remember, theres one tomorrow at 1:30 pm. I said excuse me what did you just say and she repeated it with the gesture. I walked out ! Extremely rude and unprofessional, will never go back or recommend this place purely on customer service.

I was looking forward to a haircut here since its nearby and seemed promising for a professional service & cut. My stylist MaryBeth was the opposite of that. She was not friendly nor warm, (which is fine, at times I prefer my barber to simply cut hair); however, when I asked her a simple question about my haircut to ensure the style I wanted, she responded with a sigh then began to explain what she was going to do in a belittling way. Realizing the awkwardness in the moment, she justified her behavior by saying she was trying to get on the same page and attempted to make small talk. I put aside my feelings in the moment to not make things awkward and proceeded to be cordial, but I cant stop thinking about how unacceptable her response was and how I was mistreated. I get my hair cut frequently from high-end barbers/salons to local Supercuts and Ive NEVER been spoken to in that way. Being a Master Stylist who charges $58/cut from a business whos tagline is raising the bar in barber with excellent consistent service, this sort of behavior is unacceptable and I am upset that I spent that much money to be treated in this way.

Absolutely fantastic. Ask for Betty and you cant go wrong. This is not your standard barber shop and you will pay a premium but you will be thoroughly pampered. If you cant afford it regularly, at least treat yourself for a birthday or anniversary.

Loved my Barber. I selected the any Barber option because it was a hair cut emergency 🤣🤣 I unfortunately never got her name. But Fade Kings butchered my hair and she fixed it and I left feeling like a million bucks. Very clean fade. My sides were BADLY faded, one side was faded higher, and the other sides hair was left longer. And they cut my bangs an inch shorter than the rest of my hair so that when I did my fauxhawk that I walked in with I could look stupid (more stupid if you hate fauxhawks). She fixed all of that for me on a day notice. And she was very nice.

I initially got a bad haircut, Whitney asked me to comw in and see if she could fix it and she certainly did. I am much happier. Mary Beth and her staff are amazing. I always feel well taken care of. Ive been going to see Mary Beth for over 5 years now, when she was still downtown. I got one of my first straight razor shaves from her and she has not lost her touch. I changed jobs 2 years ago, and with it, my schedule. I started going here for haircuts as well. The signature cut is well worth the time, and quite a bargain for what you get: cut, shampoo, neck shave, and scalp massage.

After numerous hair disasters at every Great Clips around the Mill Creek area, I finally decided to try a more high-end barber shop to see if its worth the extra cash. Im happy to say it is! First, its great that you can book appointments online, and from the moment you walk in youll be treated well and offered a beverage. Kayla was great at helping me decide on the perfect look to suit my style, and the haircut itself included a scalp massage, neck shave, and warm towel. Highly recommended if you dont mind the price. Personally, Id rather pay more to have it done right than walk around with a hat covering my lopsided haircut for a month.

I really like this place. I come here for my beard. My stylist takes good care of me.The price for haircuts are so high that I go to a separate salon for simple cut. If they did a lower combined price for a beard trim and a haircut theyd have all my business.

Weldon is the best place to get a haircut around this area. The staff is all really friendly and the lounge area has a tv with the game always on and the chairs are super comfy. I get my hair cut by Liz (Elizabeth) and she’s awesome! She cuts my hair the way I want it every time and is fun to talk to. I highly recommend this place if you want a quality haircut and a fun barber!

This Weldon is basically the only place worth going to get your haircut and Liz is definitely the best one to get it cut by! She has given me the best haircuts of my life, is super nice and talkative the whole time, and even shows me different ways to style it. Weldon is actually the only barbershop Ive ever been to since moving to the area. Ive not found a reason to try another. Kassie and Liz have kept me presentable for a number of years and its quite rare that I choose to sit in another barbers chair. Highly recommend either of them to all.

The only person I trust to do my sons hair is Kassie! My son has the weirdest cowlick that makes it so hard for hairdressers to cut his hair (not to mention his little ADHD mind that keeps him wiggling in the chair!). Kassie is very good with hard hair cuts and getting my kids to focus and have fun while getting a haircut! She is excellent with my hair too, she always gives me exactly what I want!

Expensive A.F. If youre just looking for a haircut, youre better off hitting someplace else. This place is full service, soup to nuts. Very nice for a treat. Hot towel, scalp massage, straight razor trimming. The works.

Scheduled and prepaid for a straight razor head shave for my brother and husband as a present for fathers day. Made it clear multiple times that this was a surprise gift hence the reason I prepaid, including tip. Received a phone call approximately one hour in to their scheduled service from a lady asking for my credit card number. Turns out my brother had shaved his head before his appointment so she wasnt able to provide the service I had already paid for. Instead she took it upon herself to provide a different service resulting in an additional $2 charge. Instead of calling me and asking if this was ok she took it upon herself to discuss with my brother the charges for the service. So of course he assumed his wife had prepaid and he authorized her to credit back the original charge and rerun my credit card. Resulting in a $430 hold on my cc.1. The stylist should have contacted me and advised me that she was not able to provide the service I had already paid for.2. This was a gift. At no time should she have discussed any prices with either of the men.3. She finally contacted me because she wanted to run my card again and stated my husband had authorized her to do this. Since she never once asked who was who she made the false assumption that my brother was my husband.4. This charge back and recharge resulted in a $430 discrepancy. The difference in cost was $2.5. After reviewing their website it appears they charged me $100 for a massage and facial that they dont list in their services. This should have been included in a straight razor signature cut.Horrible customer service. We will not be back.

If you want an on trend haircut, this place is for you.The first time I went the barber didnt listen to a single one of my requests and pretty much just gave me a haircut she wanted me to have versus what I wanted to have. The second time I went, I brought in pictures to help try and guide them and a specifically chose a different barber. I still ended up getting a haircut that was very trendy but not what I wanted.The shampoo they used smells amazing! Thats the only reason I didnt give 1 star.

Ive been a client here for 10 years—worth a bit of a drive (I live closer to Seattle) because I can nearly always get appointment times I want and with the stylist I prefer, who knows the way I like to have my hair cut. Even better, however, is that Ive been here several times when my regular stylist was not available, but every staff member does an amazing job cutting my hair based on the description I give of previous cuts and how I like to have it styled.

Neither of the two Barbers that were there were able to do Straight razoring despite half of what they offer includes that. The barber that we had chose to withhold that information until after he had buzz cut my boyfriends hair despite the fact we both mentioned that he wanted that. Also the buzz cut was so patchy and had skin irritation for a week after!

I wanted a quick and simple hair cut. When my barber began giving me a scalp massage, I knew my wallet was going to be taking a beating. All said and done, I was charged $38 for a hair cut that I wasnt all that pleased with. This place may be a fit for some people, but Ill never be back.

Worst haircut of my life. I am not one to complain, but have taken to every outlet I could find to complain about this place. I am a regular at Rudys and have had great cuts from them for over 10 years. However, after recently moving to Bothell I thought id give Weldon a shot. I regret taking the chance. I went from hair over 6 long to areas that are under 2 short. I had asked for a half inch off! I called and asked to speak to the manager about a refund. She wouldnt speak to me directly, rather, told the desk clerk to tell me no refunds will be offered. They said that I could come back in and they would fix it, however, how does one fix a haircut that is too short to begin with? The areas that were uneven would require my hair to be cut even shorter just to make symmetrical. Worst customer service, and worst haircut Ive received. Avoid this overpriced SuperCuts at all costs.
