Worst haircut experience of my life.It had been a while since my last haircut, so my hair was admittedly long and not well styled. I explained to my stylist how I wanted my hair cut, but he completely ignored my request and implied that lost my right to request a particular cut because of the length/style of my hair when I came in. He cut it much shorter than I requested and in a completely different style. Throughout the entire process (prep, haircut, wash) I felt like my stylist was in a hurry to get on to the customer.Ive generally had good success with Sport Clips, but I definitely wont be returning to this particular location.

Update: My husband spoke with the owner and instead of just doing the right thing and refunding - They offered him a free MVP hair cut for next time.. Terrible service. Clearly not going to utilize the free hair cut.My husband went in for a haircut on Sunday 1/3 and this is how they let him walk out. If you’re new or mess up on a haircut - Admit it! Don’t let someone walk out, let alone pay, for this! Absolutely unacceptable and I’ve written the business on Facebook without a response. My husband went to speak to the manager and no one would help him. Absolutely not okay.

Absolutely the worst customer service. First time in and I was instructed to sign my son in on the computer up front. Looked like I was finished so I sat down. Next thing I know a lady comes out yelling from the back that I need to sign in. She was with a customer and left him to come yell at me to sign in. I told her that I just missed the last button and as I pressed it she yelled at me because she signed him in as a double. I walked away from her scolding me. I just moved to the area and would have loved to take my 3 boys here bi-weekly. But Hanah lost by business here for good.

My teen son showed the stylist a photo of how he had his hair cut before (at a sports clip). The stylist told him he couldn’t do it the same (what?), was quite rude, and told my son half way thru the cut he was gonna to do something very different. My son was quite upset by his experience-we will never go back.

I almost always gets my haircut here. One of the less busy sports clips locations when you check in online. Ive had a different stylist every time and Im always pleased with the cut. Would recommend for the price.

Went in there after letting my hair grow from scratch for 4 months so then coming here all I wanted was a slight trim.After I got home my gf noticed several things off such as the length as the style looks like a bowl instead of a trimmed long hair cut.It isn’t even even in the front and on the lower neck line ?I had the manager Cassidy take me so I’m just lost for words how this basic trim led to me having a big regret and overall disappoint.I will be checking to see what options I will do as I definitely want refund and have to go elsewhere now to fix the small issues she should of been able to avoid doing this 5 years and being the manager and all. I should of followed my gut and tried a higher end salon specially all the work I put in on growing it out to have it cut so poorly.Avoid this place and pay the extra $ elsewhere.

I was just there half hour ago. I am rating this low because I felt like I was rushed. I asked for a one on the side with a fade and finger length on top. The sides look more two and there was no blending done from the sides to the top. Also the whole time the person cutting my hair kept doing more talking then apparently cutting hair. I usually like going to sports clips but I was highly disappointed. As much as I know y’all don’t care about losing a customer, I will no longer go there. I have to now fix parts of my hair.

This is a message to the franchise owner in Mill Creek, Everett and Bothell. Your new hours don’t make any sense. How can you close at 6p during the week and meet the needs of your customers? How about meeting is in the middle? Pick 2 or 3 nights out of the week to stay open late. I have had a good experience when I am able to get a haircut but I haven’t had one in quite a while because you close so early.

I went in for a haircut today. It was really slow due to the weather recently. I didnt mind waiting and paying because I usually leave satisfied with my haircut. Today my haircut didnt turn out so good. Crystal took her time but she missed a few key spots that were very noticeable. Before she washed it, I pointed out a big spot on the back right side of my head and my corners in front because they were noticeably long. I got home and noticed that she missed the edges by my face with the clippers, my sideburns were still too long, and the back left side of my head was barely touched. I had to have my girlfriend fix it for me. Ive gotten the same haircut for over 10 years now, simple just a 2 on the sides and back and a short faux hawk. Im normally not one to complain but this time I left very unsatisfied.

I would normally give them a 5 star rating but our last one was QUITE disappointing. Which is why I only gave them 3 stars. I understand bc of COVID you have to go in individually .. BUT .. if you just so HAPPEN to have a special needs child where you HAVE to accompany them so they dont become anxious .. find another place or learn to cut your own hair. Bc they wouldnt let us go in with our special needs child. SOO DISAPPOINTED. But .. other then that .. we will be back when the need for masks are done and we can accompany our child. It is after all is our favorite place to get my guys hair cut.

Been inconvenienced by the staff here on multiple occasions. If I had a dollar for every time there online check in wasn’t working or turned away before closing time because they wanted to get out of there shortly after turning the open sign off I’d have enough to pay for a years haircuts. Now they all cut hair well and because with Seattle traffic I don’t feel like driving to the next sports clips location because my local sports clips doesn’t feel like working I usually just go somewhere else. Good haircuts but the most unreliable corporate/franchise I’ve ever done business with. Constant disappointments, probably time I stop putting myself in the position to be disappointed. I called to make an appointment for my husband and they were so rude on the phone. I have worked at salons in the past and couldn’t believe how rude they were & how awful their customer service skills are. We went in there still trying to get an appointment and they were so rude again! The pictures on their website of nice happy woman is false advertisement. This business does not fit in to the Mill Creek community.

Sports Clips is a handy local place for a haircut. There are no appointments and no, or very little waiting. They have TVs at every chair with sports broadcasts of your choice. Once you go there they record the type of haircut including the type of clippers and setting used. You can request your favorite barber also that might entail a few minutes more waiting. They have a pyramid of increasingly fine treatment including scalp massage, shampoo, hot towels for your face and a vibrating chair while they pamper you. Plus a senior discount for guys like me. My advice is to try it and find the right level of service for you.

Went in the other day for a cut for the first time at sports clips and I loved the atmosphere and look of the shop. Had my hair cut by leilani who did an amazing job, she recommended I get the MVP for the scalp treatment and it was so worth it, left feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Would highly recommend to anyone, request leilani she is a USA Army combat veteran and does a great job.

I will no longer say who the best styelist is because it takes to long to get her to cut my hairs well just say the little bad ass, is awesome! Such a sweetheart! A true pro! Love that location. All the girls are funny and great! Everyone is awesome... Choose next up!! You will be happy!

The quality of the haircut and the experience once Im in the chair is great,i fact good enough for me to withstand absurdly long wait times and a frustrating online check-in. I have had to wait 2 hours to get a haircut before. With the MVP that adds up to about 2 and a half hours being spent at sports clips. If this two things were to fixed I would have no problem recommending sport clips to anyone.

The wait time is too long (seemed like the staff are in absolutely no rush), and the prices are high for the quality of the haircut. If you dont mind the wait, and enjoy spending $10 more for a haircut comparable to Super Cuts or Great Clips for the pleasure of watching ESPN while it happens, then this place is meant for you.

This place is great! The stylist cut my husbands hair perfect and let me sit back there with him. I think her name was Cheyenne.. But we will return!

Although Ive lived closer to two other sport clips, I still come here as I always get a great cut from Kassidy. Even when I didnt know what I wanted, but knew I wanted to change things up, she worked with me to get the right cut and have got so many compliments on it! Shes great, always does amazing work, takes her time, and very personable. Just a suggestion, call ahead about 30 minutes and youll have a very short wait if any!

Hit or miss depending on the stylist. If you are in a rush, you are better coming back when a stylist your trust is free. Otherwise the service is rushed, and the cut is not up to standard unless to push back, which makes for an awkward experience.

This store is so disrespectful when it comes to your time. Numerous times I’ve had an appointment here and been bumped for some reason or another.Today I was “on deck” with my normal stylist who was ready to go when some guy started arguing “I want HER to cut my hair”. The girl up front plugged him in in front of me and here I am sitting and waiting for another 30 mins.In reply to the owner below - I had checked in online with a 22 minute wait to see Kassidy. It was the favorable wait time that was the factor in coming in at all. The other man had checked in as well, selecting Kim as his preferred stylist. Kim had an hour and a half wait... it tells you this as you check in!! He knew what he signed up for. When Kassidy is literally walking to the front with me listed as On Deck it is not the time to bump me. Thats ridiculous.In the future I will make sure to check in at 10am and arrive at noon to ensure I wont be bumped.

Worst customer service ever. They are rude and don’t care about clients. Being a business owner customer service is everything if I had employees like this I would fire them immediately. Hate too post a bad review but this was just crazy. Surprised Mill Creek even has a business like this in their community.

Ive never had a bad haircut or experience here, but I guess it depends on the stylists and the time of day. Ill keep going back until theres a reason not to. Love the season ticket deal

I go here regularly, I like the service, and I generally get a good haircut. The wait times can get long sometimes, but alternative check in methods available.

I checked in online and arrived 20 min before my estimated time and found out I have to wait one and a half hour more (they just pick up new coming customers and push you down in line). Will not come again.

The first time I went here I was amazed, I finally found a place in WA where I enjoyed going to get a haircut. I went with the MVP experience and it was amazing, I was telling everyone I know about this place.The second time I went I got there about a half hour before closing and they were already closed, I was disappointed. I showed up 2 days later 1.5 hours before closing and they told me that they were going to close early and could not do my haircut. I was very upset, the third time they did it, but it felt rushed and the MVP experience was not worth the extra price because of how rushed I felt the entire time. Also, they would not play the Mariners game, so I had to watch sports center while local games were not being played. :(Last time I went I got the worst haircut I have ever had, the whole experience was aweful, my normal 20 minute haircut took the gal 45 minutes and I had to go to another place to get it fixed. If you know me I do not have a complicated hair cut.I am not sure I will ever go back, amazing how careless this pace has become in such a short period of time.

Went back to this location as it close to my hours but not again. Asked if I have been here before and had to be put into there system for the second time. So sat down and the little fat cow stylist kept hitting me in the face with the cord from the clippers. That basically ended my experience for this location. The bad thing about franchise locations, not concerned wirh customer service. Reality is you can be cut off from Corporate supplies.

I went in a couple times and the first time was fine. The second time there was a long wait and lots of confusion about waiting for reservations with many of us were just left in the waiting area while barber chairs were just empty.

Haircut was rushed and barber didnt even wet the hair or use scissors. Asked for finger length nd my husband looks like he just left boot camp. So expensive for a haircut that looked that way at the end.

Wait time super long because of low staff.. but then they called in some help from another location, I only ended up waiting about 10min! Props to the manager and crew on duty who found a solution to the problem!
