This team is really on top of it and I feel like they actually want to help, which is a great feeling as a customer. I’ve been with State Farm for a few years now. They really came to a rescue when PEMCO all of a sudden decided to increase my rates almost two fold. They offered a sensible rate, when my daughter got her her driver license and we added her to our insurance, they didn’t jack up the rate either. They are always extremely nice, courteous and polite. Recently, Karmen called me to make sure I was happy with my coverage and helped me with some new information that I needed . Couldn’t be more happy with their service!

Neha Tamrez was a great help to me.Level of professionalism is fantastic, got all my questions answered and not only that she helped me add another car to my insurance which is amazing to have, she was super helpful and the deals she offered were too hard to pass up on. I was contact by Deanna after my request for an auto quote a few months ago. Deanna contacted me with that quote and when I compared the quote to my current policy I had to called her right away. The quote from State Farm was significantly less for more coverage then what I was paying! Deanna made me comfortable talking about all the things that go into insurance, we even discussed my home owner insurance. Now all of my insurance needs are met by State Farm.
