My parents are clients of Als and recently we went through the process of submitting a long term care claim. This is literally a once in a lifetime experience for most people, and Hannah Sanchez was amazing in helping us with the process. We had a lot of challenges with the claims office, mail delays, forms needing to be re-submitted multiple times. The claims process is very detailed and made even more difficult when you cant email or send anything electronically - everything has to be mailed or faxed. Hannah stepped in and provided super responsive customer service to help us work with the claims department! The claim is finally approved and Hannah was instrumental in getting that done. I have experience working in the insurance industry and wanted to share that I thought about the Al Robert State Farm Agency. His employee, Dave Vargas does a great job for State Farm. He went through the various coverages on both my home & auto and answered all my questions and explained where I had some coverage gaps. Needless to say, I no longer have those gaps and feel much better about my coverage. Dave contacted me on my time schedule and was mindful of my other time commitments. If you are looking for insurance, Id recommend the Al Robert agency without hesitation.....and ask for Dave!

I have always been treated with respect from the time I was in my 20s to now when Im in my 70s. I have been currently working with Dave Vargas one of Als representatives. I have been a State Farm customer and Al Roberts has been my agent my entire adult life. Al seems to have partially retired and is often out of the office. Since Als semi-departure, this agency has significantly deteriorated. It no longer seems to have an ability to process even basic requests. The last straw this week was when I needed assistance transferring my payment method on my life insurance policy. Four phone calls, and three emails with David Vargas proved futile. Who knew it would be this hard to pay someone?Then after I informed him that I would be switching agents because of their repeatedly lack of focus on assisting me with problems, David sent me someone elses information (sorry Ms. Wilson from Bonney Lake). They are utterly incompetent and not even particularly nice about their repeated failures to provide basic service
