Arthur from Tokori was very prompt to meet us at our prospective new home. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. He took his time and encouraged us to look at everything and try out the appliances to be sure they are in working order. His report pointed out several items, most of which are cosmetic fixes, some a bit more serious. But thankfully nothing terrible.Thank you Arthur!

I would definitely feel comfortable recommending Tokori. Arthur was qreat. He was very responsive and provided an organized, detailed and very well written new home ‘punch list’ report. Pictures were included after each section. There was no delay as well. He had the report to me the very next morning. What was most impressive is that he went beyond what’s was expected by returning to enter the attic [that was apparently sealed shut] for no charge. He had to drive quite a distance as well. I never would have expected that! This is a solid company that does well by its customers.

Great customer service and the report is done in great detail. It is a compiled list of things that need to be given attention while still small problems. The house is in great shape but Tokori gave me a punch list of items to look at before they become issues of concern. I highly recommend Tokori!

Being a Home Inspector you always judge other inspectors by how dedicated they are to their profession. As an investor & home inspector I have to hire my own inspectors to not create a conflict of interest. I must say, Mr Miller is not only very professional but very dedicated to the profession. It was pouring outside yet he climbed up the ladder to the roof in the pouring rain. (That is dedication) Besides that, Mr. Miler is not just “an inspector” he is a “Master Inspector” In short, if you are looking for a guy who takes his job seriously & will give you a thorough report Tokori & Mr Miller is who you want. Arthur is amazing to work with! We are building a home in Delaware, but live in CT so getting there and keeping an eye on things is challenging. Arthur has been there with a critical eye and lots of advice all along the way. This is our first time building a home and the process seemed daunting, but Arthur has called, texted and sent videos to keep us updated on the progress. He came highly recommended by our realtor and we are so glad we took her advice!

Arthur Miller did a great job inspecting our would be home. He spent over 3 hours on a very thorough inspection, finding many defects, including some in hard to reach places. We backed out of our contract on the home and it saved us a lot of money and a big headache. We hired him to inspect our next home as well.
