We had a problem with bats in our attic. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. If not for his guidance on stating that bats are mammals and not vermin, our insurance would not have covered the job. Our insurance company wanted the job done right and recommended to be done exactly what Scott had recommended to do the job right from start to finish. The job is complete and it came out very good. I recommend Scott and services highly.

Scott responded very quickly to our request for service. He set up a trap that evening and caught the first ground hog that night. He maintained the traps he set until he was certain all of the ground hogs had been caught and removed (4 in total). I would highly recommend his services.

I called to schedule a removal of groundhogs on my property and we agreed to a specific date and time. He never showed for the scheduled job and did not make the attempt to notify me that he would not be showing up. In addition he did not follow up to explain why he did not arrive nor to reschedule the service. Overall, I would not recommend NCS Wildlife Solutions for his services due to his lack of professionalism and lack of courtesy.

Scott from NCS Wildlife was great. I had called originally thinking that we had had birds coming through a dryer exhaust vent, but it turned out that not only did we have a birds nest in there, but we separately also had some bats in our attic. NCS Wildlife quoted a significantly lower price for exclusion and removal of the bats as well fixing the exhaust vent and clearing out the nest.Scott was clean, efficient, and clearly explained the process before and after the exclusion process, which happens over a several week timeframe. Obviously I recommend not getting bats and birds in your house, but if it happens, NCS Wildlife is the place to call!
