Matt P. was the technician who came to our home and he was very professional, personable and explained the step-by-step process and kept me informed throughout the process of what he was doing and which areas he would be working in throughout and around our home. We have been with JP Pest for at least 15-20 years. They are a professional experienced company to do business with. There technicians are friendly & very knowledgeable. We had an infestation of ticks 2 weeks ago, Tiery a new technician with the company did a fantastic job doing extra spraying in the area that was effected. Havent seen a tick since. I would highly recommend this company for all your mosquitoes, tick, & ant spraying. They are without a doubt the best company to use. A company who really cares about their customers. Keep up the great work you guys are the best!!!!. Thanks to all the technicians who come to our house you all do a fantastic job.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had 4 homes being serviced by JP Pest. At one location I had a pest problem that required the use of a ladder. I offered the use of my ladder. I was told that a manager would need to call me back to set it up. After several attempts to speak with someone regarding scheduling (e-mail and phone) I gave up. I have now stopped all services with JP Pest. Overall impression is that they will gladly take your money and provide a basic service, but when you ask to actually deal with a pest issue, they will ignore you.Update 8/17/21To add insult to injury, Justin came out to the home and offered to look into the rodent issue we were having. He was super on the phone and followed up with a $3000 estimate to fill some gaps on exterior trim. I personally filled the gaps and figured I would just know that JP Pest is only good for putting out bait stations but they actually do not make sure pests are not doing damage. In fact, I cleaned out my shed a few weeks ago and noticed evidence of mice (see attached images of pool cover that had been chewed). We took everything out and to throw away a lot of items that were destroyed from the mice- $$$ damage. Not impressed.Updated 9/20/21Continuing the saga... Today I spoke with Emily. She claimed I owed for a treatment back in May of 2020. I explained that I requested that the treatment be rescheduled because I wanted to be present. The tech did it anyway! I gave her an opportunity to credit me for the treatment and restart services. She chose not to. I am done with JP Pest- their service is mediocre and their billing is worse.

Nate showed up, nice guy and easy going. Answered all my questions. Was quick and wore booties to keep my home clean. Would recommend JP. My town uses them a lot. Good reputation. Good service. I am happy.

The young man that came to my camp was polite an professional. His uniform was neat and clean. He didn’t shudder when he found a dead mouse in the garage. The process to set up an appointment was very easy. I feel the cost is reasonable. The technician was professional, thorough and answered our questions. So far we have just had an inspection, where traps were set up we will see how well they work at this point.

Ive been using JP Pest now for over three years. They are super responsive and have addressed all our needs when we need them.Heather is the best. She always goes above and beyond to ensure every crack and crevice is addressed when she services our house. She knows I hate bugs especially spiders so she ensures my basement is well taken care of. We live in a huge house attached to a barn, so she makes sure the house, basement and barn are fully protected from mice and other rodents. We have also invested in wildlife protection when we first moved in from bats. Our house is sealed and protected for 10 years which is a huge relief to know.Since we have been using JP Pest, we have little to know activity because of the supreme service from Heather and other technicians that service the property.I highly recommend using JP Pest for all your needs.

The “technician” was in my driveway for less than 10 minutes and didn’t even go into my back yard. Been a customer for 4 years but no longer will I be ripped off by theses people. They did nothing to my property and still had the balls to bill me 170$.. go elsewhere

John was early and very professional. He explained everything and helped me understand the problem I have. I now understand how mice behave and what to look for. He saw holes on the outside of the house and took the extra step to fill them with that scratchy wool. He even crawled under my front porch to patch one there. Just had our first visit from JP Pest and I cant say enough good things about the customer service from Mike J., who completed the services at our house. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every single question I had about the pest issues we are experiencing. In addition to completing the services in a timely manner, Mike gave us many useful pointers that will help us keep our pest issues under control going forward. It felt like he went above and beyond with all of the information he provided, but I have a feeling this is just the type of service he provides every time. Upon entering she found that there was a broken water line in our kitchen. We wanted to also recognize their employee Heather Jones. she did a recent quarterly visit to our property and happened to notice one of our trash cans had been knocked over in the wind and she took the initiative to set it upright so we wouldnt miss our weekly trash pickup. We really appreciated she went above and beyond and wanted to recognize her for that.

We use JP Pest on a quarterly basis and are happy with the results! We also had to use them for wildlife as there were squirrels living in our attic when we moved into a new home. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Justin was able to take care of our squirrel problem and block off where the entrance was. I don’t think they’ll be back. All of the service people I’ve met so far are very friendly and down to earth.

In the summer they spray for hornets and wasps which is very helpful as we have a family member who is severely allergic. Rodent traps had heavy feeding, so Im glad I have that service. My neighbors have had trouble with termites, so I feel so much better knowing that I have the termite traps around the perimeter of my home.

We were finding 3+ ticks a day on our dog or ourselves. I called JP Pest and enrolled in their tick service. That year we probably saw 3 total. Now, 3 years later we havent seen any. I would highly recommend it! They come spring, summer, and fall. We also had mice. The cats loved it, but not us. So we also enrolled in the rodent quarterly service. They come 4 times a year. It took a bit longer for the mice to disappear completely, but we havent seen any in a long time. We just recently had an issue with yellow jackets. We switched to a different plan which also included the rodents and other critters like the yellow jackets, ants, spiders, etc. All their employees have been knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. They are also quick to respond to inquiries and your concerns. They offer recommendations on how we can improve the security of our house from these critters. I would highly recommend their services.

We just moved into a new house at the end of may, and immediately, unfortunately, found and saw mice in the house at night (which we were aware of prior thanks to the house inspector) and noticed centipedes and other moist-loving insects and CARPENTER BEES!We called JP on a Wednesday, they were out the following Monday, even calling to ask if they could come early! A total happy surprise!!Mike came out and immediately impressed us with his knowledge and support. He put 2 traps outside, 8 inside, found a hole in our foundation NO ONE had seen or caught beforehand, and blocked that up; he cleaned the spiderwebs around the house, sprayed and dusted insect killer all along the foundation, eaves, and in problem areas we saw carpenter bees, all with a chipper attitude and some great conversation. He included tips on how we could scare away chipmunks and woodchucks, information on the ORTHO home defense we had been using, and spent a good amount of time explaining what he was doing and how everything worked.Needless to say, he was amazing and we love this company. I’ve been recommending them out to anyone who will listen!!!And the most satisfying part is... we haven’t seen or heard ANY mice in 11 days today since the appointment. No ants, centipedes, or the like in our house.100,000% would recommend for the price, attitude, and work of this amazing company. I know it might seem a small thing, but courtesy has become a rarity in the world we live in. I had a 7:30 appointment but was unwell during the night. The office doesnt open until 8 and the Technician showed up on time. He knocked. I dont know how to tell you what a HUGE courtesy it was that someone had the forethought to consider people might be sleeping still. My husband works nights and it makes me crazy that people who arrive for early AM appointments ring the bell (even when asked in advance to please knock!). I wish I knew his name, but we spoke thought he storm door, and when I told him we had a bout of stomach flu so could he just do the outside, he was unfailingly polite, said under our plan they could come back and do the inside later, and he would just get on with the outside. Wow. Two thumbs way way up.

JP is a solid New Hampshire business, who does what they say they will do. In particular, I value their home quarterly service, both for the price, and for the responsiveness if/when there are issues between services (a springtime flair up of ants, a rogue mouse in the basement, etc.). For wildlife pest exclusions or 1-time treatment, they are usually more expensive than the super small (think 1-5 staff) local operations that are out there, but the professionalism of those companies can be hugely variable. The price is the reason for 4 stars, not 5. Pros and cons.Ive had a genuinely positive customer service experience with the different techs Ive met over the years, and their office staff is also relatively easy to reach and responsive. Overall, would recommend.

Today Jeff came out for our 1st quarterly visit. He was polite, thorough and professional. I appreciate this companys straightforward pricing policy and taking care of bookkeeping issues in advance. I also like the fact they email you a complete report of what was done on the property the next day so you know exactly what you paid for. So far, extremely satisfied.

We have been a very satisfied customer of J Pest for their In Home service for many years. When we had a problem at our condo development, we contacted them. Porcupines were damaging our oaktrees. They were climbing the trees and eating the acorns. We were amazed at the destruction. We contacted J Pest . Their Wildlife division responded. They sent Justin who assessed the situation. He put out traps and immediately started to trap these critters. He came daily and checked the traps and relocated these porcupines to a designated area. We found Justin to be professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. He is an asset to J Pest !

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. We are first time home owners, and dealing with mice and ants was nothing we were educated on. I inquired with JP online about our issue and within minutes I had a response in my email. Amy was so helpful in setting up an Appointment for us. She worked around our hectic schedules perfectly. The day of treatment, Mike came to our home and from the start, he educated us with with what the issues were, talked to us about what he was doing step by step and made sure to tell us about where all the traps were going, knowing we have a dog. He was extremely professional and very friendly, and his inspection was very thorough. He instructed us on what the traps do, and helped ease the anxiety we had about where these mice were coming from. He plugged up any and all holes he found for precaution and sprayed around the home for other insects etc.Mike is fantastic at his job, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! JP Pest has been amazing! Their treatments make it enjoyable to be outside and we do not have to worry about getting “eaten alive”. Their customer service is amazing! Anytime we have called in to inform them of seeing a few extra mosquitos or about a new type of bug we saw they had a technician out the next day. For new services added they were out within the week. Our technicians are always very respectful, professional and don’t mind curious little eye watching or asking questions. During COVID they all wear masks and keep appropriate space while still being personable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and we will continue to use them for years to come!

My only complaint is that I didnt reach out sooner! Great overall experience. Will recommend them to anyone looking to button up their house.

She set up me up with an appointment that worked with my schedule almost immediately.Andrea was my technician for my initial service. She arrived during the time frame I was given for an appointment and called when she was in the driveway. I let her know what my concerns were and she explained everything she would be doing around my home. Once all of the treatments were completed, she called again to follow up on what shed done before she left for the day. Very impressed with my first service and the price is much less than I expected. Looking forward to no furry visitors in my home this winter!
