Horrible experience, some of the staff is knowledgeable but one of the therapists there,Debi was her name was a horrible, un-insightful therapist who lacked knowledge on how to treat clients. Explained many scenarios to her and she interpreted them wrong every single time even if told that she wasnt understanding the situation. Also had someone very close to me who had extreme depression and had to go into intensive therapy and couldnt be released until they had an appointment with THEIR therapist. Mind you, this person was only absent from therapy for a little more than a month and Debi was fully aware of the whole situation and refused to make this person an appointment even though it was desperately needed because she had already filled their spot which was EXTREMELY unprofessional because had told this particular client that there would be an appointment when she got out of this intensive therapy and then changed it right when this client was about to be released. This patient was also a client of Debis for many months and REFUSED to write a letter to the clients college regarding needing extra help for classes because she felt uncomfortable after not seeing her for a few weeks. Absolutely do not recommend the entire practice because of the unprofessional behavior I have experienced.

Today me and my fiancé had our first appointment at1pm. we arrive about 10 minutes early to make sure we filled out all paperwork that was required. when we had walked in the office to verify, the receptionist could not pull our appointment up or patent information on the computer because she did not have accuses. also Monique was not in the office. I feel that this is unprofessional for Monique to not be in her office moments before an appointment. so we waited about 15 minutes after 1pm for Monique to help solve the issue. I looked at my confirmation email to make sure the time in my calendar had matched. it appeared on the email that the appointment was at 5pm. so I had left with plans on returning at set time. about 15 minutes after leaving awaken the power I received an email from Monique asking for me to call her. I had informed her that because of traffic it may take 20 to 30 minutes to arrive. keeping in mind that by time I had called her our appointment was half way over. she informed me that she would look at her schedule so we could make another appointment. about an hour time had passed and still no word from Monique. so my fiancé decided to call her. when asking why she had not called yet she said that an hours time did not go by when it had. that was the reason he called her in the first place, knowing that she did not have anyone in her office because we where schedule to be. in mid conversation she repeated that I said we would not be able to come in at all because of traffic. Monique is a professional that provide a service that helps minimize complications in ones life. as a couple we where looking forward to seek help on communicating better and being more thoughtful of one another. when she was put up agents a wall she did opposite. she lied and twisted words to save her back. when doing so causing both of us stress and what could have cause more complications.

Monique is truly dedicated to her profession and helping others. Glad we found her.
