Horrible customer Service, and Super expensive Lease. DO Not Sign a Contract, we had a formor employee sign a contract who was not authorized to do so and now they are trying to collect $5,000 to get out of the lease.
Do not sign a contract with Neopost. You will never get out of it. It is the biggest scam ever. If you want to cancel at the end of your contract, you will go round and round with every department: customer service, retention and finally their termination department. After you have wasted about 3-5 hours on the phone with multiple people, you think you are done. Nope, not that fast! The termination department will want a written termination letter on your company letterhead disclosing all the information about your contract, name, address and the reason you are cancelling. In their termination instruction it states that if you forget to disclose any of the information, your termination process will be cancelled. Knowing their reputation, I made sure ALL information was on it. The letter was sent to them 3.5 months before the end of our contract. A week after I sent it I called to make sure they got it. They said they did but it would take them 8-10 weeks to process a return label. Instead of a return label I got a renewal invoice in the mail 2.5 month later. I called the customer service. At first they told me they never got my termination letter, then they did find it but said that the termination processed was closed because I didnt follow up on it. HUH? They said they would credit the invoice and re-start the termination process. Well, I got a letter from the termination department: if you want to cancel, you need to pay the renewal invoice. Are you kidding me? I called the customer service again. They said they would credit the termination bill BUT it would take 4-8 weeks to get a returning label. Sounds familiar? They are waiting for the contract expiration date, so they can charge us for another year since the equipment wasnt returned on time. SCAM.

We wished to cancel our Neopost meter rental. Neopost claims our contract auto renews. We claim it does not. We requested a copy of the contract that states that our contract auto renews. Neopost was unable to produce it. We requested to return the meter. Neopost refuses to give us the address to send the meter to return it. They insist that we either sign a new contract or pay this years auto renewal contract they claim we are bound by in the amount of $3,349.29 which in itself is a ridiculous price for a meter rental for 12 months as we own our own mail machine and service it ourselves . They are clearly a bunch of crooks. Buyer Beware!
My organization has had nothing but trouble with Neopost USA. Their lack of transparency, poor communication and terrible customer service has cost my not-for-profit organization thousands of dollars. Further, their contract makes it near impossible to easily cancel.

The absolute WORST company I have EVER worked with. Please, please, please do NOT make the same mistake I have made. Do your research and find a better company to work with for your postage needs. The company has double charged us on items, has called and stated that payments were never made, and I had proof everything was paid for and copies of the checks the company cashed. The client service is the WORST, wait times average about 30 min each time I have called AND that is A LOT because of all the issues. When renting a meter the sales people screwed us over with pricing and even when we returned one of the meters they were STILL charging us. Also, tech support is awful, no one knows what they are doing and all you get is transferred around. STAY FAR AWAY.
Dont work with them unless you want absurd overcharging and hidden fees.
Worst company ever. Because my boss makes us use this horrible meter Im stuck dealing with them for the last 8 years. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Had a problem with the meter, then kept sending me a new meter, telling me to fix it. After HOURS on the phone with customer service I still couldnt fix it, then had me mail back the new meter and sent me another one. This happened with FIVE meters. Also, impossible to order new postage - customer service worse than useless because they continually give wrong and conflicting information. Again, only use this meter because my boss forces me to. Run, dont walk, away from this company.
