Very disorganized -- terrible office, terrible service.Myrna in particular is both ignorant and arrogant. She has a terrible attitude and very little education.Instead of recognizing her flaws, she projects them on the paying customers.When the customers complain, shes in complete denial. First she refuses to apologize, and then she even insults them with some prefab lies and racial slurs.What a shame for the postal service, as if they didnt have enough problems!
