It was dirty and half the machines weren’t working. There were two bins of wet clothes sitting by the front door that smelled absolutely terrible of mildew, they’d clearly been sitting there for a while. I only came here because it was closest to home and I desperately needed laundry done after my washer died; any other laundromat will be worth the drive.

Used to be kept clean, machines were maintained regularly but its gone downhill in recent years. Laundry card system is often down or difficult to use. They are open 24 hours but Ive been told that you dont want to be there after a certain hour because there can be homeless and rough types who come in just to hang out like its their personal living room/bathroom. And the bathroom...yikes! They also allow people to wash used filthy horse blankets in the machines and dont sanitize them after. The amount of hair and grime that was in the two washers--ugh. Awful!

Filthy! 50% of machines broken or destroyed by vandals. What a dump, glad I only come here to wash my detailing towels twice a year!

I usually come late at night, which being this is the only not-sketchy 24 hr laundry around means I think its pretty great. It has chairs with charging stations for my phone and things.The machines arent great. They need cleaning and repairs, but most seem fine.

Machines have been broke for over 2 weeks. But other from half the washers and dryers being broken its alright.

This place is the cleanest laundry mat Ive ever been to. Of course I checked out the restrooms and it was spotless as well. Thankfully another customer was there to show me how to get a card and put money on it or I wouldnt have figured it out and then I was able to help someone else out. Highly recommend if you need a laundromat. They have different size washers and the dryers all worked.

Soaprize is not the place it used to be. Most washers and those that worked left the clothes with a moldy smell. The place wash very unkept. I was there 01-02 and will not be going back. I have been using soaprize for past 9 years worst Ive ever seen it.

The place should be shut down. Its nasty and most of the washers and dryers are broken.

This place is gross. the washing machines smell bad. There is no hot water. Your clothes dont smell clean and they feel crunchy. Not soft like they should. The floors are dirty and covered in trash. The folding tables are dirty as well. Half the machines are broken. This is what happens when their is no competition anywhere near by. The owners obviously dont care. But what else are you gonna do

Location is convenient to me. Does not accept quarters or have a machine to take quarters back and requires money be committed to a laundry card which attempts to ensure people will go back again to use the money left on their card. Has very old equipment but 3 HUGE washers (45 or 55 lbs Im sure).

I thought I was going to have to use coins so I brought a bunch of quarters with me and it turns out you have to purchase a card ($1.00) and put money on it. You use the card in the machines ONLY! You can use your credit card to put money on the card or cash (no coins). Posed a problem when I all brought was coins but luckily a lovely elderly couple changed my coin for paper. There are also some businesses around but not sure if they will take a bunch of quarters for cash. There were not that many people there. It seemed to get busy at 2:30ish. The machines didnt do a fabulous job washing my clothes and they cost $3.00/load for the smaller washers (I think there were bigger washers but they were maybe $5/load). The driers were good size and $0.25/6 minutes. I did have to dry the towels for 55 minutes. Just be aware--THEY DO NOT USE COINS! and there is no one running the place-just walk in. There is also a bathroom too but some sketchy people walked in and out of the place from the back door to the front door with no laundry in sight.

I love how clean even at 2 an 3 am . Ive never had any problems with other people that early (late) I did lose 13.00 dollars in the big machine a month ago and have yet to get it back. but I am keeping the faith.

This place is good because its open 24 hours. Sometimes the inside is more like the outside because people leave the doors open and the place is infested with flying bugs. If it was not open 24 hours I would not go here.

I don’t care who you are, “Soaprize” is the best name for a laundromat!

Their system is inefficient. You can only dry clothes for 6 minutes at a time. But theres plenty of space and its open all hours. You used to be able to use real money to do your laundry, now they are making it more difficult to simply wash clothes.

24 hour laundromat. Clean, well lit. Lots of tables to fold. Some seating to wait. There are restaurants in the complex to eat at(subway and chinese) also butcher and car part store.

This place is gross. I thought I would give this place a shot since it is 24 hour and local. When I went, there was a dryer charred black that looked like it had caught on fire. Card system barely functioned. The place was dirty. The machines looked ancient. I decided to not use their facilities after seeing all this. I would avoid this place.

Open all the time. Not usually too busy. I am editing my review since the last few times I have been the place has been a mess. Trash all over the floor and trash bins overflowing. There are many machines that are out of order. Im not sure if the owners have just given up on the place, but the town is too nice to have a laundrymat like this.

Only gets one star because you have to give one to write a review. Filthy, almost half of the equipment is out of order and what runs is mediocre at best. Soaprize is lucky theyre the only game in town. I wouldnt recommend to anyone ever.

The wash comes out dripping wet and the dryers have no heat! I dont recommend this place unless you have nothing better to do with your time!

Its a quiet, well stocked 24 hour laundromat not more than 25 min from Manchester at 2am

Its the only laundrymat in Milford so its the only choice we have. Machines are constantly down for repairs and its not as clean as it used to be when Carly cleaned it. And theyve had 3 fires there!

Laundry mat! The place is nice. People on the day I went were rude and impatient. Poor timing on my part I guess.

Not bad, as laundromats go. Free wifi, TV and a lot of washers and dryers

The VTMs have been finnicky as of late, but still work. Other users put up notices if one of the dryer or washers arent working, but no one seems to understand you have to phone in any problems because there isnt an office there where one in charge might regularly show up to.

Need to get their act together and keep the machines fixed

Place is dirty and run out of quarter all the time. Mind you they have 2 change machines. All the drier but 3 are a quarter for 6 mins. The other 3 are a for 10 mins. What's wrong with this picture...

Do not use the bathroom......

Unclean. Gross. Machines will credit your card but not actually turn on. Save money go else where!

A yearly visit to wash bedding is most likely not happening again. Only one large machine was functional, but had bleach in a top slot. Took the chance and lucked out because it was still there after my load was done. The next machine size down took my money and made noise. Unfortunately no water and detergent ever got released. Good news is I paid for nothing! It used to be maintained and was cleaner once they converted to cards. No its lacking.
