Great place to do laundry if you dont have a washer and dryer, just wish they had more washers as they were almost All being used during the visit of this review, and only half the dryers were in use. I used 2 of the smallest to wash my clothes and one of the smallest dryers to dry them.

The laundry facility was clean, and easy to use. Its accessible and is a store front location.

Best place in town in my opinion. I’ve been going to them for around a year now and will continue to go. They wrap everything in plastic after it is cleaned. You can ask them to use bleach, fabric softener, whatever you like. Amazing customer service. This is one of the few remaining places that actually care about the customer.I highly recommend this business.

This place is amazing. Alex is one of the managers here he was so helpful. This is the best place to go and do your laundry. It might be a little more money per s load but its worth it cause your clothes will actually get clean and they care about you.

Full service laundry service is phenomenal. Dropped clothes off late and they were ready next day. Folded everything very neatly and bagged. Will return for such excellent service. Highly recommend!

Very clean and the service was excellent. I was assisted during my first visit, and I was helped through the entire process, otherwise I would have been there for hours but instead I was finished in a little over an hour with a ton of clothes. I give a 10 for the assistance that I received. I recommend this to anybody that has had and horrible experience at a laundromat.

This place is nice, costumer friendly bilingual (English and Spanish). The place is clean and cost is a bit high but the amount of time the clothes to wash is fast same as washing is great.

This is the best laundry service in the State of Delaware. Before entering the building you must have on a mask. Unparalleled customer service and cleanliness. The machine are disinfected and wrap down after each use. Attendance on staff at all time doing operations. To assist you with any questions or problems. Having to deal with Covid-19. Doing business with Splash Laundromat. Gives you a peace of mind.

Amazing staff very friendly clean and welcoming!! It was my first time ever at a laundromat i had 2 large items that needed to be cleaned the gentlemen attendant was so nice explained to me how everything worked with getting the laundry card. He had such s great personality!!! Wonderful experience!!

This is a wonderful and very clean laundry mat. The only downside about it is that it is too small. The isles are very narrow. But the staff is great and it is always very clean there!

About $10 per load self service, and they won’t let you use the restroom. Plan ahead as to where you can find a restroom while you wait for your laundry. Staff is rude and inexperienced.

Very nice place to do your laundry. It is always clean, the attendant is friendly and very helpful. The equipment is clean and I swear my wash comes out much cleaner than anywhere Ive ever did my wash, even better than at home! The only problem I have noticed is the tight space. It can get a little cramped but, everyone knows this and we all try to work together with each other. Thank you for the beautiful facility.

This is one of the cleanest laundry mats, Ive ever seen or been to. And Florence, I truly believe that God sent her there to help each person. Theres not many people you find at a place of business that truly loves their job and loves helping others as she does. To the owners, thank you for such quality you put in your place of business. But most of all for your taste in hiring of employees, mainly I can speak for Florence, shes an exceptional employee. If only there were more people like her the world would be so much brighter and better. I love your place of business for my servives, plus I continue to tell everyone about Splash Laundry.

The laundromat is very very clean, with extremely recent machines that are quick, efficient and high-capacity. Everything is easy to use, and the staff there are always available to explain &/or assist.The cost is comparable to other laundromats (ones without a staff, or heat/AC!), and their card system is convenient. (Tip: to reward you if you add an increment of $20.00 to your card, they put an additional bonus of $2.00 on it. Sweet.)Enough cant be said about the staff. They are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to help the customers.Try this laundromat and I doubt youll be dissatisfied.

This is the best laundromat Ive ever been to in Delaware. The facility is clean and the staff are always so pleasant.

I drop off my laundry and its done the next day. Clothes are folded neatly and sorted. Staff very curious. Cleanest laundromat I have ever been too.

I loved the cleanliness of this Laundrymat and that it has a laundry service that you can have the attendant do your laundry. They also had laundry cleaning products and nice reusable laundry bags.

This facility is so fresh and so clean. 😁 Staff is always great! The only thing Id change is to not have Fox News (or any news) constantly on one of the Tvs... Just because politics stress people out right now. The other two Tvs play music and a movie suitable for children, which is nice.
