Made appointment a week ago. They factory reset the phone only to learn that they did not have the screen to replace it. So now we have a phone with a screen that does not work (why we went there) that has the welcome screen and cannot be used. I now have to get an Apple appointment or call the same Best Buy to see if a screen comes in.

After having my hard drive replaced by Apple i lost all my back up data and brought my mac to have all the data restored and installing a new microsoft office and a virus protecter. The agent Paul did all the work and walked me thru the process. What a job this man did for me. Im overwhelmed. He was just polite, knew his job well. One of the outstanding tech person that i have had the pleasure to work with.
