I was really impressed with the level of customer service provided. Multiple attempts were made in an effort to retrieve years of non-backed files lost with a Windows 10 update. All my files are somewhere in the cloud, but inaccessible to me. These guys spent hours of time with different hardware and software attempting some data recovery. They even worked on my crashed backup drive, all to no avail. As no data was recovered, I was not charged anything at all! I tried to pay, even to tip, but company policy stipulates no fix, no charge. This business is owned and operated by proficient technofiles who know customer service. If you have IT issues, this should be your first stop. You wont have to look any further.
