I dont write reviews often but I felt it necessary to tell everyone how great this company is. If you live in Milford Mass or close by and need oil for heat, this is the place to go. Always arrives faster than expected, even in the cases of oil running completely out, and the customer service is one of the friendliest Ive had the pleasure of talking too. I only gave 5 stars because I couldnt give 10!

I loved them in the beginning but sadly they have lost my business for the way I was spoken to, I had called a couple times to see if my oil was delivered because I was at work. I was in a time of need and he screamed at me which was unnecessary and I understand times are busy but thats not how you treat customers if your going to be an angry old man, especially when all I wanted was to make sure my 3 year old would be warm when I got home. So dissapointed in the way I was treated but after the way he made me so feel Ill never return, and that surely is not customer service.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed oil on a Saturday and the owner answered. He went on to tell me he doesnt like the fact that the business line is connected to his cell phone because he doesnt quote want to get 30 calls on a Monday. I didnt quite understand what he was saying and he said nevermind you just dont understand my point. He was so rude and unprofessional to me. I would never EVER purchase oil from such a disrespectful business owner.

Been using Trautwein for a few years now, process is always smooth and they have always delivered on time. Would highly recommend.
