Stay away from the service department. Its so bad that I dont even want free service from them. I showed up for an appointment that I scheduled to service my car, I was ignored while standing in front of the young lady who was behind the desk for more than 15 minutes and that wasnt even the bad part. While I was waiting, someone came in and stood behind me and right away with her smiling face said hello to him and started helping him. I just never experienced something like that in my whole life. Go to Acura in North Haven I promise youll have a great experience.

Great customer service in the parts department. Extended hours help since I get out of work at 5p. They close at 7pm.
