Good customer attendance and good service thank you.
I dropped off my BRZ so they could diagnose and replace a bad throw out bearing. David Ortiz was the service advisor I worked with. I had to leave the car with them for two full days and was given a loaner car. I received updates by phone call in a professional manor. The parts were replaced and the car drives much better. Ill keep this place in mind for any future service or sales needs.
I have a service contract for oil changes here because this is where I bought my car. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. They told me my oil change would take 45 minutes. After 2.5 hours I asked for an update, the told me 10 more minutes. Which as you can guess was an absolute lie. I was there for well over 3 hours with no updates or explanation. The worst part is I have to continue going to this god awful place because of my contract.
I love this place. Dan Perkins is absolutely the best car dealership i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their service department is staffed by professionals, who are fully trained and know exactly what you need to keep your Subaru in top running condition. I cant recommend this dealership any higher. Gil Silveira, Shane Costa, Jammell Mejia and Mark Messidor are the most professional service advisors I have ever worked with. Once you go to Dan Perkins, youll never go anywhere else!
COMPLETE ENGINE OVERHAUL:After the third party warranty company NOT permitting a complete/sufficient repair on my Forester, I was forced to contact Subaru of America to make the situation right. Service manager Marc at Dan Perkins had a strong moral compass and understanding on what needed to be done vs what the repair shop in California did. He knew I was treated wrong and went to bat for me. It can be a disgusting, elusive world out there in the auto-sales/service world and Im happy they treated this customer with authenticity and respect.I am going to pick the car up next week and am glad Subaru of America helped make this right. If you are going in for warranty work (or otherwise), I would ensure to have a full understanding of what NEEDs to be done and ask your service agent what preventative measures can be taken (additional parts) to make sure new assembly components interface well with parts that they are not touching.
This Dealership its very recommended the sales rep really professional and not pushing towards the sale his name is ElmerAnd the last guy to see is financial agent George he does the last conclusion of the deal in a very professional way 👏 👍 😀Luis.
This is where I bought my newest vehicle, less than 2 weeks ago, and it needed service. That was Tuesday. Still waiting to get it back, but LOVIN the 2020 Subaru Crosstrek, loaner, they gave me while Im waiting for my vehicle
Subaru service has continually left me stranded on the side of the road. Each time I bring my car to service, they bandaid an issue, charge me, and the issue comes back within 2-3 days. The customer service is horrible and Nick the finance manager hung up on me while I was stranded. Do not bring your car here. The workmanship is horrendous and you will end up with your life in peril.
Not sure whats going on there. Previously have had good experience but Im not sure what was going on this past time. The service agent I was dealing with said theyd get me a quote on tires, and we went over what work they were going to do otherwise. He said hed call me back with a tire quote. I never heard from him again. I called them after a few hours to check on the car. The service agent I was dealing with had left for the day and nobody knew what was going on. They thought the car work was done. I went and picked it up, and it wasnt clear what work had actually been done. At that point service was closed, and I was dealing with sales, who had no idea. I paid, got the car and left. The next day I called twice, asking for the service rep, and was told he was busy. I left messages. No phone call back. The following day, I finally got a call from Subaru and thought great, this is my tire quote... but alas, it was someone following up, asking if I exceeded their expectations. I told them no, Im actually not sure what is going on, and I told them my story. They said okay, well get in touch with your service rep and call you right back. That was days ago. I would call and complain to a manager (if they exist?) but at this point it isnt worth my time. Im going somewhere else for service next time.
Good auto Mechanic.
I made an appointment to see a car. There was plenty of staff hanging around, but I had to wait 15 minutes. Then, there was no selection on the lot. I just got a bad overall vibe there.
Service is great
