Met Dave today... Nice guy... came to rescue my bimmer from flat tire on time. Take me back home... the ride with him was wonderful. Very professional.... the price is reasonable.
Giving you a call will not resolve any issues. If your customers are so important to you then YOU need to make a change.Best of luck!
I called AAA to get my motorcycle towed. First I was told that a truck was on its way. Then someone from Arts called and said they were in the middle of a shift change and they would call me back in a few with an updated eta. After an hour I called and was told the driver just showed up and should be on the road shortly and should be to me in about 20 minutes. After another hour I got a call being that Arts didnt have the equipment to tow my bike. They could have told me 2 hours earlier and save me some time. I have a hard time believing that because Ive used this company several times before to tow my company vehicles. I wont make that mistake again.
The driver that showed up today to tow my car was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and concerned. He recommended a repair shop and after reviewing the repair show once we got home I am glad he took my car there. Sorry, I did not catch your name but you towed a white BMW. Thank you again...
Anthony came out to tow my car today through AAA and was super nice. I was with my dog in the rain and he was helpful and understanding and made an unfortunate situation very easy. Thank you!
This place is the worst absolutely joke of a company! I called them last week for a tow and the tow truck guy was so rude, very unprofessional yelling at me, and then damaged my car in the process of towing it. I took it to get repaired and there were over $2,000 worth of damage. When I called the company to get reimbursed they laughed in my face and refused to pay for the damage they caused! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANT AT ALL COSTS!
This past Saturday i had a dead battery in my driveway and placed a AAA call and they dispatched a service truck for a jump start. As i was waiting there arrival I got a call from the service tech Keith that he had been rerouted by a MSP call out on the highway. Keith kept me updated on my cell phone with voice mails thru out the delay with updates and not once did AAA ever advise me with any updates this was solely on Keith from Arts.Upon his arrival he was very apologetic on his delay but was rerouted due to a safety issue on the highway. I thanked him for his constant updates thru out and he took this upon him self as AAA left me in the darkHis customer service was A1- Class and Arts should relish this type of dedicated customer / client service which is not the norm todayThank You Keith !
Keith ((drivers name))came out to help me (I went through AAA) with what I thought was a battery problem at the time turned out to be something else. He was able to correct my problem. He went above and beyond to help me out and get me back on the road and I’m very thankful and extremely grateful for all the he did for me!!!!
These people are con artists. They’ll hold you and your vehicle hostage. Don’t let them do any kind of work whatsoever to your vehicle. They supposedly fixed my ball joint and left it completely untouched which snapped on the highway and almost killed me. These people are criminals.
I had the car towed to my house after a car fire. The tow truck operator was A#1, fast, professional and very helpful. I got great service. Thanks!Bob Upton ma
I have been having increasing problems with my 16-year-old Subaru Baja not starting up recently. Today I was parked in the lot in front of Shaws/Walgreens on Prospect Street in Milford. I came out of the store to leave and once again my car wouldnt start. I called AAA to send someone to give me a jump start. 30 minutes later, Keith from Arts Auto Service arrived. I was merely expecting the driver to give me a jump start and send me on my way, but Keith was an angel sent from Heaven! He examined my battery thoroughly and determined the cause of my problem. Keith replaced the wire connection to the terminal of my battery. Following Keiths expert service, my car started immediately at the turn of my key without having to be jump-started. It was a miracle! This reasonably-priced $60 service call saved me hundreds of dollars having a mechanic determine the cause of my trouble. If I did not live so far from Milford (in Worcester), I would surely make Arts Auto Service my regular car mechanic (and hopefully end up with Keith!).
They are rude and have no respect for their employees currently and past I hope they learn how to be more professional
Had a tire blowout on the highway and called AAA after realizing I was SOL without a spare. Within 20mins Arts had a tow on-scene and I was taken to my preferred shop. Driver was very helpful and prompt, truck was warm on a snowy below-freezing day and I was on my way to work with little time lost. Thank you!
Our vehicle suddenly lost reverse and neutral and was stuck in a difficult spot. AAA sent Arts Towing. Arts arrived and the driver assessed the situation. He stated that he needs a different vehicle to properly tow the vehicle and he left. Thirty minutes later AAA called and stated that Arts Towing declined the service. UNBELIEVABLE! THE STRANDED US. AAA then sent us Santos Towing. Santos arrived with the same type of truck. They towed the vehicle with no problems. Santos even gave us a ride home.Arts stranded us on the side of road. Need I say more?
Towing Industries are a difficult one. Most people involved are already in a stressed out situation. Being in the field I respect & understand it. The drivers who work long hours in all types of acclimate weather. Frigid cold, trying to change a tire, because so many people now do not know how or choose not to. Recoveries on the highway, trying to clean up a possible tragic scene, while people are flying by in their cars, not even giving the courtesy to move over, although it is a law. In the office the phone, doesnt stop ringing...there are angry customer in the lobby that just had the car towed for parking in the wrong spot. Or a scared young girl that was just towed in for an accident. At the end of the day theres a huge amount of people who are very pleased & very grateful for our services. They are glad we are here, and more frequent are making an effort to say Thank You. I am thankful for those people & as we all know in the world of social media, you can ruin a name or company from a bad review because you had to wait a little long, or if there was a communication error. Dont forget, we are all human, trying to function in a more chaotic world then ever. So before you want to judge & criticize immediately, life is such a bigger picture then just you, take a few breathes & be grateful for it.
Most amazing experience with a towing company I ever had. Greg was awesome! He provided me with excellent insight on my truck. The dispatcher was also great and straight forward. 5 stars is not even enough.
I have never experienced such rude customer service associates in my life. I went to Arts to pick up a car that had been towed there and the young man that waited on me was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. When I asked about the fees I got a snide comment back. i have twice requested a call back from the owner and have had no response.
Do not take your car or do business with these people!!!!!!! They are inhumane and when I look at the responses given by the owner to people who are very upset it really sickens me. He says to one lady it breaks our hearts Oh please you guys don’t have a heart!!! Don’t care!!!!!! Insincere!!! What goes around comes around!!! Hope one day you are in need of a break and they say to you NO DEAL!!!!! CASH only!!!!! I hope you get what you truly deserve!!!
This Place sucks, they towed my car and ripped my bumper completely off the car. I didnt complain about it and helped the idiot load my car up. After that I still called them for another tow and they said theyll gladly tow my car 19 miles for no less than $300 which was an exaggerated price. I called Triple A since I have 100 free miles and theyd send Arts towing. 20 minutes later I got a call saying Arts denied the tow when a few minutes before they were willing to do it for cash. I called them and asked why they wont tow it now and he says cuz I can do that bud, take it up with triple and dont call me again.
They had no problem towing my lowered car last week, had no problem towing it today when they were going to charge me over $300 to go 20 miles, but when I say never mind and go through triple A they tell them that they cant tow the car. I called Arts back and asked them why they can tow it for $300 but not for triple A and the response I got was because I can Ive towed this car countless amounts of times with Arts and its never been a problem until now. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and told me not to call him again and hung up
We had just called for a tow as our mechanic thought we needed a fuel pump replaced on our Honda Pilot. When the tow truck driver arrived he asked what was wrong and could he try to start it. There was already a key in the car and it started but immediately stopped. The driver, Mike asked why the key wouldnt unlock the car. I went and got another set of keys and this time Mike started it and the car kept running. He told us that its a security feature in Hondas and prevents theft. I explained that we had lost our keys a year ago and recently found them and my wife inadvertently used the old keys and thats why it wouldnt start. Huge problem and cost averted thanks to Mike and is knowledge. So a huge shout out and a huge thank you to Mike from Arts Towing. You wont find many good people like that now a days. Thank you Mike.
Arts towing is handling a very involved project for me. Will in particular has been excellent in managing all the details and answering any questions along the way. Im extremely picky and so far they have been outstanding.
Arts towing is the best towing experience Ive ever had. They came on time and Dennis was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality experience.
DONT USE ARTS TOWINGI recently went to this garage for my inspection sticker during my lunch break. Upon going into the establishment I was not greeted by anyone and their was no one working the front desk. I had to walk into the busy and dangerous garage in order to speak to someone. When I found a worker there I was greeted with a WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE! not a friendly hello as you would expect. I explained to the man that I had to go into the garage because there was no one at the front desk and I was in need of an inspection sticker. He made some sort of grunting noise at me and said OK, I will go find the receptionist Here is where it gets really bad, and this is why I distrust many mechanics. The results of the inspection were in and they had failed me for the most ridiculous things and I mean ridiculous. They had stated that the following was wrong with my vehicle. Wipers torn, and Washer fluid empty, I also had received a Vehicle Height Check failure. Now I was curious about the high problem and upon further research I had found that no rules in MA were implemented on LOWERED CARS. The vehicle high check is for LIFTED vehicles. So why was I given the failure that a lifted vehicle would get? Here is why. This place just wants your money - They said that my wipers werent in proper working condition because they wanted me to have to buy wipers from them. Also they said that I had failed the height check because they wanted to have to raise my vehicle and charge me for the labor. Now why this review? Because I went to have my car inspected else where and the workers there said that this place obviously only wanted the money for the repairs because my vehicle had passed with flying colors. so please. unless you want to be taken for all youve got. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT USE ARTS TOWING OF MILFORD. PLACE IS A SCAM
Arts Towing responded quickly to our needs at a fair price. Excellent customer service, highly recommended !!!
I regret not reading the reviews before putting a call through. Got a companys van stuck in a field as I tried to reverse while on duty, looking for the closest towing service, I called Arts to help pull. First off I wasnt given a quotation as she said she cant on the phone but the driver will. The driver came and did his job without giving me a quote. All this time I was completely naive and thought since AAA was asking for $105 for immediate service and membership (mind you membership was just $52), I thought a onetime service and say just a pull and not a tow and since they were 6 miles away would be less especially going with the quote online. I was wrong, they asked for $150 and threatened to impound and call the cops while I was just pleading with her. I dont normally do this, but I think these guys are scams. She later asked for $125 because no one told me the amount before the van was dragged a few meters into the road.Insane and fraudulent.
They towed a clients vehicle to the dealership I work at and the amount of professionalism that these guys have is outstanding couldn’t ask for a better experience
My car broke down on route 109 in Milford and Hyundai Roadside Assistance estimated a 3 hour wait time for a tow truck to arrive. It was like 100 degrees out so I couldnt wait. I gave Arts towing a chance, and the woman on the phone was extremely helpful and explained the terms of payment. The tow truck driver Izzy showed up within 10 minutes, was extremely patient, dropped me back off at work, and even grabbed my golf bag for me from the trunk. He made the whole process much less stressful. This is how good customer service is done, bravo Arts. Hopefully I dont need my car towed again soon, but if I do, I definitely feel comfortable calling these guys.- Matthew Cross
I own a car dealership in grafton, and one of my customers had a break down and it was a sunday, the car was at a busy supermarket, and it was hard to pickup because the parking lot was so busy, but ART,S kept me informed every step of the way until the vehicle was safely back to my dealership, thankyou so much for your great service, Mike
Horrible people!!!!! They steal vehicles and will not bring them back to single mothers the guy who answers the phone is a horrible heartless human!!! I do not recommend them to anyone!!!!! I will be looking into pressing charges against them for this and no it’s not a repo problem!!!! I parked in my parking kot
I needed my car towed and called my insurance company for roadside assistance and they scheduled me for a tow with Arts. I received automated phone calls and texts verifying Arts was coming. It never came and I called my insurance and they called Arts but couldnt get a hold of the dispatch person who had disappeared. I called Arts and talked to the dispatch woman who knew what car I was talking about and destination, which was to a different autobody, and said they had told my insurance company they couldnt because they were too busy. I could tell she was obviously lying. Dont call Arts for anything, they are liars and lazyUPDATE: my insurance company set me up with a different tow company and will be here in 20 minutes. Arts dispatch woman just called me and told me the tow truck is outside my building. Im waiting for the other truck and Arts can go screw, but which is it Arts? If you told my insurance company you couldnt do the tow, why are you here? Completely unorganized business looking to scam you out of money.
SCAM SCAM SCAM - Take your money elsewhere!!!If it was possible to give this place 0 stars, I would have selected that. I took my brand new car here for a sticker. They said it failed inspection because the test equipment couldnt communicate with the OBD in my car and to talk to the dealer about getting it fixed under warranty. I did as they suggested and the dealer said that the issue is likely their test equipment. So I took my car to Auto Zone and see if they can get a reading from their OBD scanner and it worked perfectly. I went back to Arts later in the day and explained the situation to see if we can work together to figure out a solution since the OBD reads just fine with someone elses scanner. The guy at the desk said youre not going to like this, but honestly, you should just take it somewhere else to be re-inspected and pay the $35 again. I asked if I could speak to someone about discussing a possible refund since the issue was clearly their equipment. He told me to call on Monday and ask for Karin, the service manager. I called their office 3 times that week asking for Karin, but she was always busy or on a call. I left several messages with other employees asking for a call back, which I never received. The next week, I took my car to be inspected somewhere else and it passed with flying colors. Dont waste your time, energy or money on these people. Avoid this place at all costs!!
Awesome tow company, Always available when you need them. Best prices too.
They do ok work but some of the staff is rude and difficult to deal with
Makes fun of customer and do not have stickers.
Total ripoff company. Had a company truck towed. Needed it towed to my shop but they said it had to go to their yard. Gave me no reason till we got there. They charged my company over $6,000. Need I say more.
Great company takes care of all my vehicles from repairs to towing they do it all
Terrible company! Not a people’s company whatosever. Terrible customer service, and abusive fees they over charge over more $400,00 I believe is scam they are rude, with the customer Also discrimination I hope this please be close . And have someone honest . People believe make money is have the power in your hand and not respect . They have no respect with the customer .
Terrible company! Not a people’s company whatosever. Terrible customer service, and abusive fees (my towing cost $200 and was only 8 miles away). They are 24 hours opened but did not allow me to get my car before - had to wait until the morning. Just a terrible company!
Really helpful when I had to deal with my car being towed after an accident.
Really bad customer service. I was angry that they were scheduled to arrive late. I didnt use any abusive language but just said I wasnt impressed that they were late. The lady on the line decided to cancel even though I asked her not to.
Lightning-fast response time at midnight on Christmas for a service call. Went over and above what was expected.
DISHONEST. When I first moved here, I really didnt even know about the state required safety inspection stickers. I took a failed Jeep Wrangler to Arts Auto after fixing the problem. They issued me a new inspection sticker that was due to expire in one month. I was told thats what the system printed out. Not knowing any better, I took it as truth. Fact of the matter is, Arts pocketed the measly 30 bucks and slapped on an old sticker that they had laying around.
Please guys do your self a favor stay away from the people, i brought my two trucks to get an inspection sticker and the two truck fail the inspection stickers there where nothing wrong with the trucks i end it up bringing the trucks on the next day to a different shop and the two trucks pass the inspection stickers.
The eta time was the worst took an hour and 20 mins for an half an hour. The dispatch is totally off by a lot. The dispatch is an extremely rude person. Never again will chose this company ever again. Its 8 40 pm and still nothing
Terrible customer service. 24 hour service but cant go pick up your vehicle unless its convenient for them. Being in the military I have tough hours. who ever I spoke with obviously doesnt care about his job or other people. EXTREMELY rude and hung up on me!
Completely disrespectful and disgusting.
Do not take your vehicle here for a sticker or anything else for that matter they are criminals they will give you a a rejection sticker for no reason so they can do unnecessary repairs and charge charge you look at the reviews
Quick and friendly, only good experiences
Great customer service.
Woman working at the desk was EXTREMELY rude both on the phone and in person
RIP OFF ALERT... they will charge double for all parts and over charge on labor. SAVE YOUR $$$ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Crooks and scam artists, trashy people, fat lady is rude at desk and these people are the definition of trash
Great towing service
Front desk help was friendly enough despite me being a bit of a jerk to them .Sorry guys!
I will never use Arts service again.
Great place
