I absolutely love the apartment I live in. The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen are amazing and as others have stated the floor plans are very spacious. The staff was kind and very helpful. In particular Marissa made my move-in transition very easy. I give it a 5 star review.

We moved in Mid June (with small child) with expectation of the our amenities (pool) being available for our use, but management keeps pulling that date back. Don’t get me started on the construction right outside our windows that starts at 6 am Monday - Saturday. I understand things need to get but the amount of noise and dust, every day that wakes up our entire family is just unbearable. We’ve asked so many times to bring this up with the higher ups if construction can start at 7am at least and still no response. The “dog park” is a huge pile of dirt and parking site for large loud machinery. Very very disappointed. Landscaping will take MONTHS to complete at the rate this is going.I do have to say the only thing that’s nice is moving into a brand new clean apartment, with brand new appliances and washer dryer in unit.

I am writing this review as a hopeful means to an end. I have moved my entire family (including a small child) in mid June. Where do I begin? Let me preface by saying that the apartments are brand new and clean and otherwise a plus. The property manager also seems thoughtful and tries her best to accommodate resident requests. Nonetheless, MUSE has failed with their Construction. The higher up brass does not seem to care that their constructions crews begin excavating and making exorbitant amount of noise as early as 6 am Monday through Saturday at the least. This has been HIGHLY disruptive and there seems to be no regard. When you pay luxury prices for LUXURY living, one would expect a quiet and comfortable lifestyle. This has not been the case. I have voiced my concerns to management several times and have yet to see a resolution. Is it so much to ask to not have an excavator dig dirt and transport heavy crates at 6 am right outside of my window?Also, paying an amenity fee for amenities not yet available, ie the POOL which was a major selling point, is NOT OK.

My partner and I were advised we had to moved on short notice. Although it was stressful and disheartening we decided if we were going to move it would be something luxurious. Muse in Milford was at the top of our list. We decided to stop in and were immediately introduced to Sabrina and Brianna whose first impression was very pleasant and personable. Not to mention how impressed we were with the model units Sabrina showed us. My partner and I were so impressed we were eager to apply the same day however, we had a few questions before making our final decision. Once we met with Marisa, she answered all of our questions, put our mind at ease, and made specific accommodations. Marisa made our decision to make Muse our home very easy, she was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We would recommend Muse of Milford to anyone looking for the next level of luxury living and an amazing Property Management team to be a part of. Marisa, Sabrina, and Brianna felt like weve known them for years. They felt like family. We know without a doubt weve made the right decision!

This place does not operate as advertised. I understand this development is still being built, but they advertise and sell you it as being complete. The pool was said to be complete and opened on June 1st. Here we are mid July its still not complete and the staff will not give a completion date. They claim theyre waiting on a fence, yet have a temporary one surrounding the pool. Heres an idea, make the temporary fence bigger, and have a contractor build a temperate gate door so we can use the pool.They advertise this place as a dog friendly place, and its not. Dogs are welcomed, but its not dog friendly. They JUST recently planted grass. and the dog park has yet to even begin being built, so these past 2-3 months of being up and running, my dog had concrete and dirt to walk on.The grills and patio furniture just recently opened up, but again the past 2-3 months of being up and running, there have been non girls or patio furniture.Overall they advertise this place as operating fully, but it does not. Then they expect you to pay an, amenities fee?? please.

I never leave reviews, however, I hope this will be helpful to someone thats actively considering moving here. Our move-in date got rescheduled 4 times. Original move-in date was supposed to be in August. They rescheduled for September, then October and now November. With less than a month to the October move-in date, we receive a call saying that construction has been delayed and they will have to push to November. The construction zone has no end in sight and with this 4th reschedule, I am skeptic of the November date.The Muse as a company has failed multiple people (as seen from the reviews below) and they continue to not take ownership for their lack of management and construction oversight. What should be a properly functioning apartment complex is turning out to be more of a circus. They have made 0 efforts to provide current or future tenants some sort of apology by covering part of the costs of rescheduling movers, furniture deliveries or temporary housing. For the 4th time, all we hear is an apology and silence over the phone as we continue to voice our disappointment with this.I would highly discourage anyone from considering moving here at least until all of the buildings are up and running and they figure out how to run a business.P.S: They will see this review and simply copy and paste their responses similarly to the templates below and ask for us to contact them but will continue to do nothing to solve the problem. Keep an eye out for more negative reviews as they are making phone calls for delaying the opening of 2 more buildings.

I’ve moved in two weeks ago, and It’s been nothing short of amazing! Although I’ve just moved in, the process has been since December. Marisa who is the Property Manager, has been informative, empathetic, and understanding! I was able to address all of all my concerns, being that I’ve been in two luxury apartments prior to this one! She eased all my fears, gave confidence in WHY MUSE STANDS OUT!! I look forward to my stay for the next few years! Kudos to all the staff members . I’m looking forward to the opening of the pool, in the next few weeks, our community events, and I appreciate the safety/security measures in place for the residents. When construction is complete, gates are up, and all is said & done, MUSE MILFORD, will be one of the BEST, IF NOT THE BEST Luxury Community in our area and region!

As someone who has owned and rented locations overseen by property managers, Im always weary of managements service. That said, my experience with Marisa has been OUTSTANDING! Not only are any questions answered promptly, but I have always received informative responses and am treated respectfully. Her willingness to assist and resolve any issues assure me that Muse is an excellent choice for a home.

After speaking with Marissa about my situation regarding the constantly delayed moving date, I was lead to believe that an open channel would be kept open on any updates. However, I am unable to get a hold of anyone and it appears my calls are being screened. This was after I was told to touch base at the end of the week. Im less than 2 weeks away from the current move in date and no one can tell me if thats actually going to happen. Im literally losing my mind over this.

Allow me to save you some time, money and aggravation. The girls who run this place are very inexperienced, and unorganized. They have made many mistakes with my paper work and billing, and are now taking advantage of me.The day before I moved in, they tried to charge me an additional $1,300 because they messed up on their end with the paper work. I had to fight with Marisa Mason, property manager, to get it resolved. An entire month goes by and they try to charge me again this time for $300 because again, they messed up on their end. I have multiple email confirmations and everything in writing to show that I am not liable for these charges, yet they still try to hold me accountable for their mistake.Marisa was no help in this matter so I asked her for her supervisors information twice so I could get in contact with them. She refused and ignored me. I had to go online to find a higher up. I reached out to the regional manager, Narineh North to seek further assistance in this issue. She admitted it was their mistake, and they were at fault, but still insists that I be held liable. I have all that in writing too. She also admitted to me on the phone that the girls running Muse are indeed unorganized and make many mistakes, and that they have these kind of issues all the time at all their locations.I truly feel that I am being taken advantage of, and if I knew this was how it was going to be here I would never have moved here. Its a classic bait and switch, I strongly urge you to stay far away form this place.Ive talked to many people that are living at the complex and a lot of people are also having issues with management. Many say that Marisa is very unpleasant to deal with, I’m not surprised. The fact of the matter is they are in the wrong business because they do not know how to treat their customers right. I own my own company and when I make a mistake, I hold myself accountable and do everything I can to make good on it. The team at Muse and Continental Properties do not do that.And to the person from Muse reading this review, you can save your scripted response that you “strive for 5 stars” and to “reach out to a team member” because you have shown me that you are nothing but a waste of time and energy to deal with, and accomplish zero when it comes to solving problems.

My experience here at Muse Milford was nothing but the best working with Marisa. Starting from when I applied to the day I finally moved in. She was very helpful with all the questions I had and answered them in a manageable time. She was very patient with me even when I became frustrated. I really enjoyed my experience she made things easy for me and for that I appreciate her. Muse I am happy to be a Resident, this place is beautiful, neat, safe & quiet.Thank you!

I don’t usually do reviews but I definitely felt like I needed to here! We moved in a few weeks ago. I was looking a nice, quiet, safe easy to navigate place for my daughter & I. Muse is exactly what I was looking for. The girls in the office are pleasant, helpful & easy to talk to. We are so comfortable living here already I have no worries to feels like home already. Marisa the office manager has got to be one of the most patient & helpful people I’ve met who has gone over & beyond to make sure we have the right apartment for my daughters needs. We are looking forward to many years here & can’t wait to see the finished project the property will be beautiful.

The jury is still out. Daughter supposed to move in July 1, than August 1, and than September 15. I called to inquire and they had another unit ready for September 1 and sent all of the paperwork. Moving truck and storage places notified! Today told it’s a no go. Very disappointing. We recognize a new construction and the world has changed but why take original place and switch if that wasn’t ready either. We can be patient but a little confused with last communications. Should have just stick to the 9/15 so we don’t keep incurring expenses. Hopefully it all works out!!

I have lived in the Muse of Milford for a very short time, but I can honestly say its the best apartment community that I have ever lived in! The wonderful office staff, and Marisa keeps the community running well. They are prompt and are extremely efficient, they are always available to answer my numerous questions, and most of all they made move in so simple. The apartment was ready when promised, clean, and Marisa took the time to do a final walkthrough with me just to add that personal touch. Everyone here is courteous and friendly and I can’t wait to enjoy all of the amenities.

My partner and I came to checkout the space and were blown away by the facilities onsite. Absolutely loved the property, but what really made the difference was our experience and interaction with Marisa - she was so welcoming and inviting, instantly making us feel at home. If you’re looking for an awesome place to live, this is the spot!

I was slated to move in on August 15th, but was informed shortly AFTER leaving my deposit that the building wouldnt be ready until September 15th. Suffice it to say, I was not thrilled but I was informed that this delay represented the absolute worst case scenario as far as move in dates are concerned. 3 WEEKS before move in they inform me that my unit wont actually be ready until October 7th. This is after Ive moved into a temporary Airbnb location to wait for my unit, already setup some utilities for the new location, and coordinated dates with my work and family for PTO to help move.I understand there are unexpected setbacks and there is nothing being done here that is intentional, but I cant help but echo some of the concerns other reviewers have expressed. The call I received didnt have an ounce of remorse or consideration for the inconvenience being caused. The only options presented to me where to receive my money back or hope to get relocated to a building that would be ready by 9/15. There are two issues I take with this.1) Giving me my money back would be great if I hadnt already spent more money trying to be patient. Im without a permanent home as a result of this situation. I cant simply take that money and turn it around to sign a new lease elsewhere instantly.2) When presented the opportunity to MAYBE move buildings, the woman on the phone made it seem incredibly unlikely. She said she would call me back once she found out and she never did.This leaves a sour taste in my mouth and erodes the confidence Im supposed to be establishing with Muse. I now have to prepare myself to spend even more money to find somewhere to live temporarily and reschedule everything. I look completely ridiculous doing this again.EDIT: They asked me to call them to discuss this matter further, but unfortunately the call was a glorified therapy session with no actual change in my current situation. A lot of it was PR speak and surface level apologies. The blame was put on construction delays and corporate mandates. While I dont disbelieve that to be the case, its frustrating to have your only point of contact in this give you nothing more than a shrug. The rating will stay as they have done absolutely nothing to address the situation in any way.

After my tour of Muse, I concluded, very nice but they sure didnt think about elderly or grandparents with all the stairs, and no elevators. Very selfish and one track minded when creating this community. People dont stay young forever.

Thanks to a recent promotion that involved a whopping $0.00 dollar pay raise, I will be living bicoastal between LA and Ny/Ct.I was referred to this apt by a Yelp friend actually! Thanks Lisa!Toured the property a few weeks back and Im officially SOLD.+MASSIVE GYM which I will Never use unless Im hammered one night and need somewhere to sleep in case I lost my apt key.+ Modern/ sexy atmosphere.+Superior quality appliances+VERY spacious+SUPER Friendly Leasing team+Fabulous club house that is perfect for events/parties.+Many fabulous restaurants nearby where I am excited to drink dinner!Photos to follow once I get settled.So far so good!!!

Today is July 20th and I was supposed to move in August 1st after they already pushed it back (June 1st was the original date). I get a call today that September 15th is the new move in date TEN days before I thought I was going to to move in, now have nowhere to live. I am currently staying in an air bnb already and it is too short notice to find another place ASAP. I understand that delays happen but communication TEN days before my intended move in giving me nowhere to live is unacceptable. They never once called or emailed before. I am now scrambling to find housing.Edit: muse offered to move me in an earlier place for September 1st but I got the call today that my new building won’t be built until September 15th. I’m expecting a discount for the 4 months I’ve had to find temporary housing. I don’t know how they can keep pushing back my move in date. First is was moved back from June to august but then September 15th then September 1st then BACK to the 15th?? How many times can a place change their move in date absolutely ridiculous. They are just throwing in random guesses at this point. So disappointing. I am now short of housing for those two weeks.
