I got the run around on the fees, the website says you can pay cash for the deposit and when I get there they said they cant so I had to run to the bank & deposit the money 15 minutes before they closed, rented a dolly that was broken and is now getting the run around on a refund for the broken equpiment and the truck I had leaked water inside the cab from rain which someone stuck napkins in the roof to hide it & it ruined my clothes that was in the cab with me. Never will rent anything from this company ever again.

Terrible customer service. Didn’t even know I had their truck. Lady on the phone today 5/4 that answered at 1:17pm was extremely displeasurable and rude. HUNG UP ON ME. 0 listening skills. Spelled my first and last name several times and she kept entering my first name as the last. “BUDGET you get what you pay for”

Poor truck quality that had a governor on it. Truck would not run over 75mph or the power would shut off. Which was crazy neing that highway speeds are 75+ at times so if you went 75 it would shut down power, we had to drive under speed limit for hours! Then even though we never went on turn pike. They charged us a $16.50 fee after we turned the truck. Saying our trick tag was flagged on a toll road we never traveled on. We traveled I-40 from OKC to Albuquerque which has NO TOLL ROADS. We argued and I finally gave up. The company evev ageeed we never took a toll road, but are forced to uphold the charges. Pay the extra fee for UHAUL. Dont go BUDGET.

Terrible location and no help from employees when loading a car onto a trailer. They toss you a brochure and send you on your way.
