They don’t even deserve one star honestly! The lady at the front desk was yelling at someone on the phone about missing their appointment, and when I tried to give her my paper that she told me to fill out, she snapped at me to go sit down. Very unprofessional. And when I finally got to sit down with Kermit, the front desk lady came back there and told him to hurry up with me because he had someone else waiting on him. So he ended up telling me that he didn’t have time to help me amend my tax refund. I asked if there was someone else who could help me and I was told “No.”

I will compare rates before returning next year. I find it odd that you guys dont offer a returning customer discount... even a small $10 - $20 savings for loyal returning customers would be appreciated...

Easy to file

First time doing my taxes at an h&r, Ill make sure to just do it myself next time. Kept putting in my information incorrectly, wouldnt answer any of my questions, and even kept laughing at me when I asked them! And still wouldnt answer them! I was very polite the whole time, even after the employee began pissing me off but i might go back and tell the manager about the experience.

Lady last year was great and the lady I had this year didnt really seem like she knew what she was doing. So I am thinking about getting a second look done

NEVER GO THERE!!!I went to this office and I regret every minute of it! The preparer I had rushed me through the return, and didnt tell me the fees were coming out of my state return as well as my federal!!!!! Supposedly I had the option to just have them taken from my federal, but the preparer NEVER gave me that option!! Thats NEVER happened in ALL THE YEARS Ive had an H&R Block do my taxes!!!So, if you want your taxes screwed, go to this branch!!!!
