I am beyond pleased with the service I received! My car looks like it did the day I bought it once they finished all their hard work! It smells amazing as well! I also enjoyed meeting the pups that had plenty to say when greeting me upon my arrival to the shop! :) Very friendly atmosphere, Lee provided lots of honest information not only about cars in general but Mustangs! (My favorite type of car) Taking my vehicle in for a good scrub to this place was most definitely the best decision I ever made!!! They take good care of you, and your precious ride.

Left my truck with them on Saturday 10 Oct.2020. Needed some body work on lower quarter panel, paint both bumpers and headlight restoration; these are all services they say they provide. Lee told me he would need it for a week. No problem. I had not heard anything from them by Friday Oct 16, so texted them and was told 2 employees were out with COVID, so shorthanded, call back later next week. I went by shop to get my handicap placard out of my glove box and my truck still sat right where I parked it on Saturday Oct 10. It was covered in bird droppings to the point I could not find a clean spot on the hood and both doors were left unlocked all week sitting out in the yard. I left with a really bad feeling. I texted them and told them I was coming back to get my truck. When I arrived at the shop, I went into office and my keys were laying on the counter; no one came to wait on me. As I was walking out, a female walked by and I told her I was taking my keys. She appeared unconcerned. Now, every time I have been there, there are a LOT of Joe Cooper tagged vehicles in the parking lot and the crew is ALWAYS doing detail work. So, I have concluded they most likely make their money in cleaning/detail work and is more a detail shop than anything else.Now, they seem like nice people (and have 4 really super dogs on the compound) but I get the feeling they shouldnt offer other services than detailing. I would have felt better had they called me and informed me they were short handed and would I prefer to pick up my truck for now and come back at a later date when fully staffed; but I had to reach out them to find out they had done nothing to my truck in 6 days. They lack maturity in the care of customer vehicles unless your vehicle is there for detailing. Nevertheless, I pray their employees will completely recover. Also, since they deal with the public, they should wear masks but dont.

The guy name Lee was wonderful and very understanding. I had went there to get my car Detail. Since someone had vomit in my car. Keep in mind I did do my best with my own capet cleaner. As soon as I got there they were kind and polite. Instead of charging me over a $100 to do a simple clean up. They went step by step on how I can clean it up myself. They even went up and Beyond and gave me a sample of a product I can use to do the cleaning more efficiently. If I ever need there kind of assistance definitely going back here.

Lee is just AWESOME. I couldnt have asked for a better person to have my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 detailed and he fixed all the hail damage on my truck. It now looks like it rolled off the showroom floor. Absolutely amazing and is extremely attention to detail oriented. You will want to always have your vehicle detailed by this man.

So thankful for these guys. Was stranded in OKC in my way to Colorado and they got me back on the road as quickly as possible. Thank you!

Car looked nice but soda spot on panel, side door still dirty, plastic left in spots and spots of wax on outside not worth money. Charged extra for dog hair when dogs dont ride in my car but charged 40 extra. Would not recommend them. Lots of attitude no receipt and cash only. My advice avoid this company.

I took wifes car there for a leak in the trunk the owner fixed leak and did not charge me. Love the dogs they bark a lot but are friendly. Restored marital bliss

Stopped by today for the first time to see about bringing them some business from our dealership. A decent size dog came out of the shop and continued approaching me with a heavy bark, so I decided to get back in the truck. Thinking Id outsmart the dog, I looped around so that my truck was setting directly in front of the front door to their office. I was going to dash right inside to talk to someone that worked there but in the threshold of their opened office door sat two more dogs. They werent barking like the first one (which was still barking and now following me), but I wasnt in the mood to go up and find out if they were nice or not so I just left. What was strange is that no one came outside to check out why their dog was barking or to see whose vehicle was running in front of the office. I dont know how good their work is but this place is very unwelcoming as you approach. Glad to know they have all the business they can handle and dont ever need any more.
